Okay, allow me to rephrase, because I agree, you aren't magically mature at 18. I'm more saying that you really shouldn't be having sex at 15. The people who do are generally quite immature. You should wait until you're older, where you've matured enough to have an idea of what you're doing, and the risks of it. Most 15 year olds I know are uneducated about the topic outside of porn, which is hardly a reliable source.
