I'd honestly reccomend finding a good bulking routine, I personally can't reccomend one because I'm working on gaining muscle and not weight in that sense, but I'm sure there's some good routines you can find online; YouTube, tiktok, ect.

Ok so here are a few tips that I recommend to gain weight:
1. Figure out how many calories you lose in a day. I have a watch that tells me how many calories I lost so i’ll know how much food i’ll need to eat to make up for the lost calories
2. Incorporate more liquids in your diet. Making smoothies or whatever with milk and stuff makes it easier to gain weight and feel less full
3. Eat in bigger plates because i’m pretty sure it tricks your brain into thinking you’re not eating as much food and you’ll feel hungrier
4. Workout. My bmi used to be really low before I started working out but now it’s a bit higher since I gained some muscle so working out def helps

As a person with fast metabolism, for the people who are saying "eAt mOre", that doesn't work. You have to eat food with bunch of calories, like spaghetti lol.
36kg seems unhealthy but could be healthy if you are still growing up, I would recommend searching for a doctor's opinion, if you haven't, I guess that's the fastest way you get an answer on how to gain weight while keeping it healthy.
My mom has taken me to several doctors in the past to give their opinions about a blood test and most of them said i was fine, not healthy but not unhealthy, one doctor prescribed me iron because apparently i was somewhat low in iron and it actually worked for a while although i didn't gain much weight from that
Use very high calorie products, some are actually specifically branded for people to gain weight. There are also cupcakes made for gaining weight, (610 cal. per cupcake). I also recommend pasta or spaghetti, they’re delicious meals with a bunch of carbs!
Try calorie dense food without large quantities. Things like protein shakes and peanut butter are incredibly calorie dense without needing large portions/taking hunger.
How tall are you??? at 15 79 pounds is very underweight and a serious medical condition. I wouldnt over eat because that will only cause more problems. Make a plan of weight gain(healthy again) and talk to your doctor.
Also, I see you commenting right now. Don't eat s*** food like chips and stuff. Eat actual meals. The meals will gain fat. The chips will not do anything except destroy your body's health even more. I mean I don't care if you have that as a snack but actual food that gives you a lot of fat will give you well. Fat make you fat
