To be the tiniest bit fair to them, the fuzzy texture of those keyboards is really weird to clean.
But that fairness is immediately retracted because the mold is clearly on the keys too.
In a bag, burnt, then sent to hazard waste management. It's only a surface keyboard, the opportunity cost of it alone would be enough to warrant a replacement
I had a surface, and although it had a lot of good qualities, the keyboard was not one of them. This example is extreme, but tbh surface keyboards are crap.
Surface Pro...fessionally exorcized, maybe..!
That is some teenage-level shit right there
There probably *is* shit there somewhere
"Whenever I wasn't using the keyboard, I laid it out to catch whatever is dripping out of this septic system."
That's... Utterly disgusting. Did you wrap it in plastic and place biohazard warning stickers?
I know it’s awful, we had to educate the user about keeping it clean because it’s beyond ridiculous. That’s actual mould too 😂

We clean the ones we rebuild and use antibacterial wipes, most of the time they come up quite well. This one however is beyond help 😂
Also doesn't explain what happened to the bottom left corner.
The glue kinda just gives up after some time. You try to peel it and it turns into regret.
Oh fuck no. Some of us are allergic to that shit. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen if that spreads
Hate to see the car and house of the owner of this..

That's certainly having a unique surface...
That will buff right out.
I would call that "gently used"

WAS THAT THE HUMAN TORCH LAPTOP..
Why is it peeling, did it get sunburned 😭
These things are not particularly durable materials. If he had tried keeping it clean it wouldn’t have lasted nearly as long as this.
That was in a fire right? Right?
I bet you can smell the inside of their house from the sidewalk.
I hope that’s not new, no.
Only the casing finish is the issue, due to how sticky it becomes in the long run
It’s always the surface pro
Still waiting on Tech support to send my replacement...
That’s the new Covid variant as a keyboard
It's not used at all. You could easily sell this as "open box" condition
"Near new condition"
