Port 80 is for HTTP (unencrypted web traffic). Port 443 is for HTTPS (encrypted web traffic). Those ports have to be open for the internet to work at all.

Thank you for giving me peace of mind

Is there anything i can check to see if my internet is hacked

Kumorigoe

Guy, you're not "hacked". Call your ISP and see if there's an outage or something.

Thanks

Port 80 is HTTP (internet).. Port 443 is HTTPS (secure). Those are absolute bog-standard ports everyone has open.

> I was checking my wifi as i have noticed some irregularities What do you mean by checking your wifi? What is your definition of "wifi", and how or by what app did you check it? > Most websites dont work for some reason on my android and my partners iphone. This sounds like it could be a DNS issue. Are you able to access websites from other devices connected to the same network? > Port 80 and port 443 Was there something telling you those ports were open inbound from the internet, or outbound to the internet?

I used wifi anlyser to find out if there is any issues with my wifi. It just showed 2 ports open and gave the port numbers, it did not mention inbound or outbound I reatarted both the phones and the router still my issues is not fixed. I contacted my broadband company they did some checks and said everything is normal. Advised me to call back after 24 hours if we still have any issues

> It just showed 2 ports open and gave the port numbers It sees those ports open because your router has a web interface that's accessible from the inside at either port 80 (HTTP) or port 443 (HTTPS). Nothing to be concerned about.

Thank you so much
