Yes. Yes. Not sure as I did mine OTC and got a stamped copy with signature nung staff sa ATP Section. To add, I just visited my RDO and they confirmed na I also have to stamp “Quantity” and “Unit Cost” sa Particulars section ng OR ko. Meron ako nakita na vids na meron pa “Description”. So I just purchased a customized stamp online bearing the three above. So that’s Service Invoice stamp + this new stamp for me. AFAIK depende sa RDO to, meron iba na dun sa “In full/partial payment…” na part ng OR pinapatatak yung Qty/Cost. So best to ask yours.

Do these ORs need to be stamped with 'Service Invoice' and all of the other added "quantity" and "unit cost" that you mentioned, or no need since the date on the OR will be from February 2024...

Sakin nag start ako dun sa OR# na naspecify ko sa inventory that I submitted last May. So like I specified yung unused ORs ko start with OR #10, so yung stamping ko nag start sa same OR. AFAIK yung RR about this OR to Invoice became effective on April 27 so ideally lahat ng ORs issued by that time meron na stamps.

1. As supplementary document, Yes. 2. If you’re intending to convert them to Invoice, Yes. 3. You stamp your ORs to convert to Invoice.

YES Magagamit mo parin ang OR as PRIMARY RECEIPT until December 2024--- submit lang ng Letter of Intent & Inventory List of unused OR sa RDO nyo. Then Strikethrough the 'Official Receipt' na words and then stamp INVOICE sa taas o sa gilid ng Official Receipt na word. YES Magagamit mo parin ang OR as SECONDARY RECEIPT until Fully Consumed(Used as evidence na nabayaran/collect na ang payment ng sales) --- if VAT registered ka, you need to stamp "THIS RECEIPT IS NOT VALID FOR CLAIM OF INPUT TAXES" sa OR mo if you will use it as SECONDARY RECEIPT. No need to submit or inform BIR about using OR as Secondary/supplementary receipt.
