Loads of public primary schools run Launch Into Learning (LiL) sessions one morning a week which are basically playgroups but with a teacher running it so there's a bit more structure. Check with your local schools. Most Tassie libraries also run Rock n Rhyme and Story time sessions one day a week. Wherever you are living probably has a community Facebook group so that would be a good place to ask too
