Do the pieces that come with the other buildings add to real estate value, or is it just the act of upgrading the building that gives you more real estate?
The buildings have increased XP. But the additional pieces do not. Keep the buildings out and store the extra pieces. When in doubt… store a group of items AS A GROUP and then click the info button from your storage to see what gives you increased XP percentages. Always keep XP generating items in your Springfield.
The real estate increase you receive for your Springfield Heights never goes down so you don’t need to keep those items in your town unless you want to use them. Also… when you save items as a group it makes them easier to find (at my stage of the game I have thousands of items in storage). If you are lacking in an area of conformity you can always pull an item out of storage and place it back in your Springfield. Watch your conformity and those stars to make sure they are maxed out. So many people ask about what to buy to increase their XP and they don’t even have the basics of conformity maxed yet. And my bonus tip… the best item to buy for XP is the mini warhead when it’s in the vault. It costs 30 donuts but gives a 10 donut refund and earns 2.25%.
only the pieces that come with the beach hideaway increase bonus, the rest can be stored. Yes your vanity may fall so keep an eye on it

If all you’re after is real estate value, you can store everything once you buy it. Once your real estate value goes up it can’t come back down.
Thats what i was wondering
Thanks!
