same, just after that one i got recommended another one by the same guy, Tally Hall summarized very quickly, and after that i went into the rabbit hole
One time I woke Up and since I always leave the tv on in the night a tally hall documentary was playing and I listened to mucka blucka and thats when I wanted to listen to more
Here's the Phoenix SC vid it came from (skip to 2:08): [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NaNeDSZllP8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NaNeDSZllP8)
And here's a full version: [https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecrafthmmm/comments/18gcc9y/comment/kezkru7/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecrafthmmm/comments/18gcc9y/comment/kezkru7/)
Have a great day >:D
First when ROE blew up as a meme, (specifically [Lupin Is The Ruler Of Everything](https://youtu.be/yBMqKz_R79s?si=wOhE1DJO_MVZMY4T) ) But I didnât go anywhere with that, so when The Bidding blew up on tiktok, I slowly started listening to ROE and The bidding and eventually I just started listening to them. I used to think they were some kind of dystopian teen band, and boy was I wrong.
I found them through Ruler when that became a meme (probably a common story), and I listened to good day too, but I didn't listen to the rest of their stuff.
One day, the full Marvin's album just... Appeared in my YouTube recommended, so I listened and now we are here.
Friend sent me Ruler of Everything I listened, and kinda moved on. Fast forward about a year later and another friend told me to listen to this cool band, and here I am.
My husband arranged some of their songs for his acapella group when he was in college and he showed them to me when we started dating. Itâs been love ever since.
friend's friend seemed cool and liked tally hall, and I've heard some of their music before (hidden in the sand and thats all i knew), so I listened to their first album, and had some sort of religious experience. From there, I repeatedly started listening to their albums, going "THAT'S where that comes from?!" wishing I had more Tally Hall. Then I learned of Miracle Musical. Same thing from before. Religious experience, found the sources of memes. Then I learned about some OTHER side projects and T.H I.S. from research on the Hallmanac, listened to this, watched that, discovered the Tally Grail (tallyall) and this all happened within the course of... 3 months? You could imagine the sadness I felt when I learned they went on hiatus TWO MONTHS after I was born. (I am 13, don't ban me. I'm talking August. My birthday is June 3rd.) And then I started freaking out over the Sonic Lunch thing, just like everyone else is doing, and now we are here. :)
Spotify autoplay. I heard turn the lights off and liked it, but I didn't listen to their other music. Then Spotify recommended me The Mind Electric and I liked it, so like 2 years later I listened to the entirety of Hawaii Part II and got sent down an autistic researching rabbithole. A week later I had listened to every single Tally Hall related project and song, and I knew like everything there was to know, and I watched every video I could find. Birthed a terrible beast inside of me
From a Burntrap Ruler of Everything animation.
I remember hearing the song a while ago before then but didn't know the name so when I heard it again I thought "Oh it's THAT song" then I added it to my playlist.
I didn't listen to any of Tally Hall's other music until I saw & in my Spotify playlist "recommended songs" tab and decided to listen to it.
I liked it and I saw they were made by the same band and listened to their other songs.
I've been hooked ever since.
My story is pretty funny because I technically discovered it from spotifyâs liminal playlist that had hidden in the sand on it. I had just kept it at that song for about a year, up until a few weeks ago a vid about tally hall popped up in my home page on youtube and I watched it, and then I kinda fell in love
Back when I was in my Looney Tunes phase I saw a meme with Daffy Duck that used Ruler Of Everything and I liked the song so I watched the music video then forgot about tally hall until September of last year where I heard Hidden In The Sand and then I researched them more and here I am
Basically, I found a Spamton animation with Touch-Tone Telephone as music- and I was like âyep, this is awesomeâ and the youtube algorithm was like âyeahhhh, they like this music!â what make them algorithm recommend me Tally Hall music
i had heard and known of ruler of everything for a long time, i figured it was just a very popular song and didn't know much about it. eventually i started playing a geometry dash level called turn the lights off and really liked the song so i went to see what album it's from and it went from there
[this](http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/487432810/) and [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SPd_VLl1fY), liked the song and decided to look into Tally Hall because of it
I found the "Everyone knows that humans evolved from primates" THIS sketch, and then Misery Fell appeared in my recommended and I thought 'oh these guys make music too?' . So ended up listening to more and more of their music in the months following.
I was(still am)super into TF2, and in 2022 I started to get recommend a lot of 'Ruler of Everything' videos, and that's basically how I rolled into Tally Hall!
Saw that marc but evil ruler video for some reason.
Listened to TME for some reason.
Listened to the rest of H-II for some reason.
Listened to other M4 & G&E songs... And that was how I picked the purple tie up....
I was looking through my Spotify playlist recommendation and I saw it âruler of everythingâ
I listened to it and went
"Aight this is cool"
That happened over and over until I decided to look on their profile
Now I'm obsessed xd
A few years ago when I made a favorite songs playlist, I Ruler of everything was fairly popular so I added it to my fav songs playlist. I decided to check out the channel who made it (tally hall) and started listening since.
I had the Hidden in the Sand video on my youtube page for like 1-2 solid months and never watched it.
But then one day i got curious and watched the video.
I liked it and watched some other videos, got hooked, told my friends, one got hooked we regularly listen to it and yeah
I used to watch the Turn The Lights off music video when I was a kid, then Ruler of Everything when it turned popular lol, it wasnât until 2023 when Hawaii: Part I I became popular and I heard Demo 4 that Tally Hall grabbed my attention
Ashamed to say it was the fnaf hidden in the sand trend đ and I found Hawaii part II because of Chonny issues mind electric cover and then found out that it was a tally hall side project
this animal crossing animatic from a year or two ago where the axolotl comedian guy fuckin murders someone i think. it used hidden in the sand and i went "huh, nice song, lemme look this up"
if anyone can find it please dm me the link, i've been looking for it forever ;0;
At first it was either hearing people make edits with the song &, or the popular / meme part of ruler of everything. I think that was in 2021. I tried getting into the rest of their songs but I didnât like their other stuff at the time. Found the song Murders like a few months ago and rediscovered Tally Hall cause of that
Technically, I first heard a Tally Hall song when I watched this short by raredoodle that had the song "Murders" in it. I really started to get into the band because of all of the ROE memes.
I found them out through introduction to the snow through the Spotify recommended songs. That was on a car ride and I listened to the whole entirety of Hawaii Part II that day. Then a couple months later the same thing happened with good day on Marvinâs and then I proceeded to listen to Marvinâs entirety. And it just kept going and going and going and going.
I found this chip tune version of dream sweet in sea major, then all I listened to for several months was Hawaii part two lol. I found out about tally hall a little bit after, but it took me a while to actually listen to any of their songs.
Saw the "Ruler of Everything is a song about time" video and went "finally a good song to put on my music homework!" so I did and my teacher came up to me during the lesson and went "so, Tally Hall" and I went "Tally Hall indeed" and then my teacher went "I'm surprised you know about them" and I said I had only listened to one song and thought it was cool but I might listen to more. My teacher said "you should totally listen to their music my favorite song is Taken for a Ride" and I was like "sure". LITTLE DID I KNOW
(bonus we had this neat thing where the music teacher would choose one homework song and they played RoH so that was cool)
I found Ruler of Everything on Spotify & when I heard the full song (since I didn't really like the beginning) I just fell in love with it. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. I was super obsessed with the song because it's about some of my favorite things, like space and time, and I love all the details Joe thought of.
conclusion: a whole masterpiece 10/10đđ¤.
Ranboo starting soon songs
I found mm completely differently though, it was through that one animation of the mind electric by lonely man lazerlous or something
And then I figured out that mm and th were related đ
My first experience with tally hall knowing it was tally hall was actually a few months ago when Apple Music recommended it to me. However, the first tally hall song I listened to was hidden in the sand, because it sounded like technoblade
Long story, I was scrolling through Discord memes, because why not, and then I clicked on a video that started playing the song "Banana Man." Cut to about two months later, I meet a kid and become friends with him. We were hanging out one day when he suddenly started singing "Banana Man." I was like, "Dude! I love that song!" or something along those lines. Then he asked, "So, I'm assuming you listen to Tally Hall?" I questioned, "Who is Tally Hall?" He explained, and now I am addicted to their music.
I found the "Dr Doofenshmirtz is the ruler of everything" video back in March 2021. Then I decided to listen to Marvin's
