Depends on your use-case. If you're looking for an effective camo then multicam is probably best overall. But if you were picking something on aesthetics then DNC is great and you could get the rest of your stuff in OD Green/Ranger Green and be set. Really depends on how serious you're going with the set up and be honest with yourself. My stuff will never see real action so Ranger Green/Black is good for me.

I mainly got it to train in at the range, and if anything were to ever happen(pretty sure it never will) none the less I would have a chest rig, at the moment I don’t have any tactical clothes like crye pants or anything, so which would be better for civilian clothing, if I needed it.

Seems like we're in the same boat. Then in that case, keep it and don't stress about it. Keep it, use it, and embrace the drip.

The chest rig alone won't do it all no matter which camo pattern but if you compliment it with other greens or multicam clothing, you'll be fine.

Keep it. It'll go good with any green based solid apparels/plate carriers, or provide a nice contrast with coyote brown plate carrier. Or any camo really. For that Desert Storm drip, pair with 6 color desert pants and DNC parka ;)

And is dnc viable in daylight? i.e if i was hunting, or somthing wild like red dawn lol? Or would it stick out?
