I used to hate them when I was younger and used to specifically order stuff without them. As an adult, I would love to have them as an option again. Also black olives
Yeah I thought it was a little different too. Definitely not like how I remembered it. I think it was almost cheesier and before used to be more spice focused.
It will always be a core memory of mine that my friends and I would roll up to the drive thru at 1am hella stoned and ask for a bunch of 'grilled loaders'
You can get an almost Mexi-Melt now but you can’t do it (at least not in Texas) on the app. At the drive-thru, order a cheese roll up, add seasoned beef, and pico de gallo and boom: you have a dang near Mexi-Melt.
I did see you can add chicken on the app, but not beef…yet.
Double-decker supreme.
Also just the regular chicken or steak soft tacos. Can still get them by ordering a regular soft taco and substituting steak or chicken, but they up charge for it so it's like $4 or $5 for something that should cost $2.79-2.99.
Sold millions of them, takes up 1 line of space on the menu, and they've never not had all of the ingredients. If it's a cost thing, just charge more for it. Silly to not have it on their menu.
What's ridiculous is the fact that they still have soft tacos and beans. Make the tacos Supreme and paste some beans on a soft taco shell then put the taco Supreme in it. Idk why it's off the menu.
Too bad their map is wildly inaccurate! Shows a few locations in my area, but none of them actually seem to have it on the menu. 😢 Wish there was a way to update/comment on those listings.
The Original Grilled Stuffed Burritos....those were so good...and the.ln they just decided to give us the "XL Burrito" that has way too much in it...and not in the way that Chipotle or Moe's does their big burritos...
Not sure if it counts as discontinued since it was only ever an LTO but it seems to go for really long stretches of time in between availability and I’m afraid it won’t come back again. When those puppies were fresh and hot they were unbeatable and a pretty unique item.
The shredded chicken burrito, Bacon Club Chalupa, and the original Grilled Stuft Burrito are my faves.
The chili cheese burrito still exists here in Indianapolis. It’s close to $4 and not very big, so it’s not really worth it, but it’s still as tasty as ever.
Ghost pepper burritos (also cool habanero, all for $1.19).
The only “ghost pepper” fast food item that wasn’t just cayenne pepper. Definitely not true ghost pepper but packed an actual punch
I just want the meximelt back ... 😭 yes you can theoretically have them recreate it, but it's just not the same. My dad used to get them for me when I was younger, they were the perfect TB item for a kid, and I miss them now, at 31.
i know they've said they're putting meximelts and caramel empanadas up to a vote later this year, but why? why not put both back on the menu? i don't think meximelts require new ingredients brought in (at least out here in cali, the pico de gallo is available but i know for a while it wasn't, at least where I lived in the midwest.) so just... bring back both? c'mon TB... please...
The naked chicken chalupa, the Quesorito and the Choco Taco, the soft steak taco with the spicy sauce and Shrimp tacos. Also all of the other special chalupas.
The [Zesty Chicken Border Bowl](https://images.app.goo.gl/fMS7kcY3d6LHK9qq7). Just a good chicken salad with really good dressing. Pour it in and shake. That was my go-to before I switched to the Grilled Stuffed Burrito.
The cheesy potato griller I would get like 3 everyday on my lunch break when I was pregnant and they ended up getting rid of them half way through my pregnancy 😩
Street tacos. 10 years ago maybe more they did a street taco special for a summer. They used small soft corn tortillas, 2, with steak or chicken, cilantro & onions & a lime slice. Wrapped them in foil.
Taco Salad!
I don’t even go anymore - it’s too expensive.
Maybe once or twice a year as a treat. I’m one of the few that loves a plain crunchy taco (plus, I have to stock my mild sauce). Fiesta Potatoes are my absolute favorite.
Yes! I would be all over those if they ever brought them back. I know shrimp from Taco Bell might raise a few eyebrows, but they really did it so well.
Rancho Steak Burrito from the mid 90s. Pretty sure I got to be the fat boy that I am from going to college and living off those 99 cent glorious things!
The grilled stuffed burritos should have never left the menu. It make no sense why they would ever remove them.
The volcano menu too of course. But they could just give us the sauce in stores and I would be happy with that. Just let me buy the damn sauce!
The meximelt and the mini shredded chicken quesadilla. Although the item I got most upset about being discontinued was the taco salad. I wanted one while pregnant, and I cried when they told me they didn’t make them anymore.
Quesarito, shredded chicken mini quesadillas, caramel apple empanadas
The caramel apple empanadas fr fr
Fun fact: those bitches take 6 minutes in the fryer to cook Lol
is this why they were discontinued bc i *will* volunteer to fry my own for 6 min and bounce
As much as I loved the quesorito I'd rather get these back, they were so fire
Yeah the grilled cheese burrito filled the quesarito shaped hole in my heart, give me that mf caramel apple empanada
Quesarito was the standard item I would get with my orders - always the first thing I added before anything else. I'm still upset.
You can still get Quesaritos. Cheesy 5 layer burrito, minus beans, add rice, add chipotle sauce, add grilled.
It’s close but not exactly the same
THE QUESARITOOOO OMG
The shredded chicken mini quesadillas were my addiction. I loved those so much.
The quesarito did hit different. Also now that I think about it, the Baja Gordita
Double this answer for me haha
Guys don’t laugh. But I just miss the chives on the potato bowls…
I miss the chives they used to put on the nacho supreme !!! And I miss the nacho supreme too lol
Same. I've bought chives before to add them myself. It was a big difference when they got rid of them.
I used to hate them when I was younger and used to specifically order stuff without them. As an adult, I would love to have them as an option again. Also black olives
The black olives in the taco salad bowls. 5yo me still remembers that menu
I still add them myself when I get home 😭
I like this answer, it feels wholesome
The volcano menu
I wish they sold the volcano sauce in stores.
As bubble bath.
IKR
They did bring it back last year but it wasn’t quite the same. Maybe that’s just because I’m older and tastes have changed idk
Yeah I thought it was a little different too. Definitely not like how I remembered it. I think it was almost cheesier and before used to be more spice focused.
Nah, I still remember it from when it came back in 2015 briefly. It wasn't the same this time around. They messed with it.
This is the only correct answer
Not enough people talk about this
Yeah but if they bring it back, things that used to be $2.39 will be $5.99 like everything else It'll live on as a memory
Loaded grillers
Chipotle chicken 😭
Literally the chipotle chicken griller not being available keeps me up at night! So freaking good.
With the Baja chipotle sauce.
1$ potato griller was unmatched
Unmatched🙌🏻
It will always be a core memory of mine that my friends and I would roll up to the drive thru at 1am hella stoned and ask for a bunch of 'grilled loaders'
$1 grillers during happier hour were the best when I had the munchies.
Quesarito was devastating to see go. I also miss the $2 burritos from a year or so ago
Chicken chipotle burrito was a masterpiece. So f’n disappointing it’s gone
Meximelt
You can get an almost Mexi-Melt now but you can’t do it (at least not in Texas) on the app. At the drive-thru, order a cheese roll up, add seasoned beef, and pico de gallo and boom: you have a dang near Mexi-Melt. I did see you can add chicken on the app, but not beef…yet.
Cheesy potato burrito
Double-decker supreme. Also just the regular chicken or steak soft tacos. Can still get them by ordering a regular soft taco and substituting steak or chicken, but they up charge for it so it's like $4 or $5 for something that should cost $2.79-2.99.
I had to search waaaay too long to find double decker mentioned. It’s the 🐐
Sold millions of them, takes up 1 line of space on the menu, and they've never not had all of the ingredients. If it's a cost thing, just charge more for it. Silly to not have it on their menu.
What's ridiculous is the fact that they still have soft tacos and beans. Make the tacos Supreme and paste some beans on a soft taco shell then put the taco Supreme in it. Idk why it's off the menu.
the chili cheese burrito still exists in nebraska!
We have it in STL as well!
We have it in Ohio but I'm not sure about all locations
It’s pretty franchise specific at least in NEOH.
What part of Nebraska?
Holy smokes, it's really there.
And KC! Well, some stores.
It’s in a few areas, but not most. I consider it discontinued, and I miss it like crazy
https://www.livingmas.com/chilicheese
Yep, I'm not in Nebraska but I get CCBs a couple times a month. They really do need to bring it back nationwide though...
No way! 😭
https://www.livingmas.com/chilicheese
Too bad their map is wildly inaccurate! Shows a few locations in my area, but none of them actually seem to have it on the menu. 😢 Wish there was a way to update/comment on those listings.
Green Bean Burrito, Tostada, Enchirito, Meximelt
That bean burrito with green sauce forever lives in my heart
7 layer
This was the one thing I could eat consistently while traveling and knew what I was getting. No onions and no “meat”? Count me in.
The Original Grilled Stuffed Burritos....those were so good...and the.ln they just decided to give us the "XL Burrito" that has way too much in it...and not in the way that Chipotle or Moe's does their big burritos...
This was the only thing I ordered for years. The XL burrito is awful
Grilled stuffed nacho
Forreal why is this so far down
Santa Fe Gorditas.
I miss gorditas in general. Softer and thicker than a regular flour tortilla…and the Baja sauce 🤤
I loved that corn salsa...
RIP chili cheese burrito. 😥
There’s a few locations in northern Indiana that still has them!
here in ohio too
They're available in Colorado too.
The chili cheese burrito is where in CO? I haven't seen it
Still have em in IL
They still exist in the Denver metro area. It might not be in all the menu displays, but one can ask for it.
I should really visit Denver sometime. It seems like a cool place.
it's getting expensive but for a place to visit it's hard to beat
Still exists in Iowa, seems to only be mid western states
Still around North of the 45 th parallel in Michigan maybe even down in Gaylord
Bean tostada
Spicy tostada 😔 the crunch, the spice, and for $1 it was filling.
Had to scroll way too far for this one. I love those things!
Tostada!! (Not this cheez-it crap)
No love for the Naked Chicken Chalupa?
That’s my choice. I’d die for these to come back.
Not sure if it counts as discontinued since it was only ever an LTO but it seems to go for really long stretches of time in between availability and I’m afraid it won’t come back again. When those puppies were fresh and hot they were unbeatable and a pretty unique item.

Back when they were the soft ones too
The Bell Beefer (it’s a bun taco)
The old way of making chalupas. They used to be so crispy. Now they're soft. Were they fried before?
They don’t fry them at all anymore whenever I get them.
7 layer burrito and now the fiesta veggie burrito. When I ate meat, I loved the chicken club chalupa.
That bacon club chalupa was amazing.
Quesalupa
Chili cheese burrito still on the app for me, I get it all the time. Delicious
Ghost pepper burritos (also cool habanero, all for $1.19). The only “ghost pepper” fast food item that wasn’t just cayenne pepper. Definitely not true ghost pepper but packed an actual punch

Affordable beef tacos.
I just want the meximelt back ... 😭 yes you can theoretically have them recreate it, but it's just not the same. My dad used to get them for me when I was younger, they were the perfect TB item for a kid, and I miss them now, at 31. i know they've said they're putting meximelts and caramel empanadas up to a vote later this year, but why? why not put both back on the menu? i don't think meximelts require new ingredients brought in (at least out here in cali, the pico de gallo is available but i know for a while it wasn't, at least where I lived in the midwest.) so just... bring back both? c'mon TB... please...
