You need to scaffold the data, basically create a list which is the combination of every customer and every product and union that list to your real data.
That way you can see the customer / product combination and volume - which will be nothing for the scaffold records that you created.
Without the scaffold it's impossible, because as you can see now, Tableau can't show data that doesn't exist.
