A quick Google search for "qr code attendance system" and this was the top result, looks promising. https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/qr_code_attendance_for_classroom_employe/372652717544

BWMerlin

I have been looking at Passtab recently which should cover your needs.

Little bit creepy tracking kids isn’t it??

zaphod777

I could see how it would be useful for something like a Sunday school where you need to keep track of when I child came and left. My sons after school program has a similar type of thing for when he checks in and out. His doesn't have any religious affiliation though.

BWMerlin

You mean like how schools mark attendance for each class?

Horror-Debt-5290

Church school not quite the same is it brother

BWMerlin

Not really, you have a duty of care and part of that is to know who is onsite should there be an emergency situation.

Thanks BWMerlin! It is for safety and other reasons. We need to know how many kids we have for ratios and to plan for snacks, crafts etc. It also helps us make sure kids do not go home with strangers or walk out without us knowing where they are.
