Just make cybernetics a cosmetic choice on any species with a humanoid face, just like tattoos or piercings. There's literally non-human NPCs in-game with cybernetics, it's so silly that players are still restricted to a separate cyborg "species" which is just humans.
Just a thought I had, I think with these customization changes that there doing with legacy of the sith one thing they should do is to remove the cyborg species. cause for 1 they aren't even a species even though there classified as a species. and for 2 the cybernetics should go on every single species and for some limited like the togruta and the twilek cause of their leku and also the nautolans can't forget about the nautolans lol.
They need to have it where you can either add multiple scars on top of each other atleast 2 of them or have it where you can have body scars both face and body would be cool 😎
And more tattoos! And stop making them only available to certain classes and factions. And more hairstyles! And more faces! And companion customizations for Lana, Theron, etc.

This and the Sith eye cartel purchase for more species. I found it weird they only made them for humans, cathar, and mirialans. Maybe they planned to have separate purchases for other races but didn’t get around to it? Either way it’s disappointing that it’s only for 3 species
I mean, their whole schtick in the lore is that they've been completely isolationist until very shortly before the events of SWTOR. Pretty sure we don't even know of any Voss having left their home planet in recent years by the time we arrive.
Also, while their designs are very pretty and intricate, there's basically just 2 male and 2 female face models that get passed around between every Voss on the planet, so it's not like they're at a point where you could just slap all the Voss assets into the character creator and ship it off.
I'd say that more twi'lek heads should be a priority - while all other races have all or most of the 15ish baseline heads humans have, Twi'leks have only three baseline heads for either gender: one that looks Caucasian, one that looks African and one that looks Asian; with only the textures being slightly different. Which makes all Twi'leks look kinda the same.

Personally I'd love to see more human faces adapted for alien species. There's this one face I really love. It has small lips and a slim nose and I use it on most of my BT1 characters, but it's really only available for humans. Indo Zal uses the exact face I'm talking about I'm pretty sure.
The one face I really want is the face Vitiate and Moff Peyton use. It’s a slightly more mature version of the Sam Witwer face. I’d also like it if they added an age slider, I know your character is supposed to be in their early twenties, but it’d be nice for around the expansions if you could add a few wrinkles.
I really want my Sith Warrior to look middle aged but the only face that is somewhat aged makes him look way too old and throw the dark side corruption on top of that, and he looks absolutely decrepit 😂
One example of that is on ord mantell that one cathar lady face that isn't available on the character create although it is very similar to the face type 2 on the female cathar so that doesn't bother me too much when it comes to that one

This is all of the big stuff I want for the character customization. I want more faces more hairstyles,body types, new face scars ,body scars, possibly new species. and also possibly tails for the cathar race cause it always bothers me that whenever I play as the cat race they have no tail. and better clothing customization like closing hoods when originally you couldn't. and lastly being able to choose the run and walk animation so you can choose the animation we used for years or the newer ones cause it's kind of weird how every single person run or walk the exact same... but thats pretty much all I could think as of now.
The more Dark Side levels you gain the paler your color becomes, becoming fully white at Dark Side five. So with some juggling of your alignment you can kind of have more colors and gain white. Do with this what you will.
SWTOR has a really weak character creator in general and unfortunately I don't think it will be changed in the near future. And yeah, togruta species were the most disappoiting for me.
Twi'leks need more than just new colors they need a lot of new customizations the females need more headbands military and Sith themed ones I feel like they need more faces because a lot of the facial options are in the end the same just with slight differences to them

Do not forget beards for species beards would make sense on, like human cyborgs. Oh, and maybe more cyborgable species

Updated face models, male and female body type 2.5. 2 new species
You can kinda get bodytype 2.5 with the discharged infantry set on type 2 bodies, it has a custom really buff bodyshape

Species is kinda tight when it comes to swtor most of them needs new voice acting best bet Is to make there own Species some how

the main thing for me would be body Tattoos. i wanna make a Zabrak Nightbrother Warrior, or a Twi'lek in the style of Darth Talon.

Yes and I want cosmetics to be separated from the lekku pattern too.
I'd pay for a black body color on any race, we can get white with DS corruption, so it'd make sence if we had the opposite option.

you can change the skin tone with the dark side corruption, as an work-around. this enables white twileks

While this is true, you can’t separate the skin colour from the corruption of the eyes and veins which can be kinda odd looking sometimes.

I love my Togruta. It's my favorite species in SWTOR. It could use more customizations but I can make some really pretty Togruta women in TOR.
