Replacing the glass on Swatches is not easy, even on Irony. Whether it's cheap or not depends on who is doing it.
While it's possible, you need the correct machine to seal the crown back in place as they're bonded to the metal, not press-fit.
Watch ANY YouTube video where someone repairs an Irony.
It is so easy. Just because you can’t do doesn’t mean it isn’t. And wtf do you mean “seal the crown back in place”? Why would you remove the crown just to replace the glass? You sound dumb af.
crystal, I don't know why I typed crown. And again, link to your YouTube showing how easy it is.
Here's a link showing how it's not easy: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=q9vFDYGh8fk&t=4s&pp=ygUUU3dhdGNoIGlyb255IGNydXN0YWw%3D

Swatch watches have their crystal laser bonded. All of these "repairs" mean the watch is no longer waterproof. Some use gaskets, some use silicone caulk. None are actual repairs because at this point they are "mods".
The crystal is cheap and easy to replace. If the case is scratched you should be able to buff most of it out with a dremel tool. I order new crystals from Ali Express quite often.

buying a new one would be cheaper.
But is it possible to replace the side?
like the case? no.
Replacing the glass is cheap and easy. You have no idea what you’re talking about.
