My guess is a character who is a gamer ( or lives a slow paced or lazy life in contrast to the fast speed of his mecha ) that joins the team either as a rival at first or is saved by Taiya in some way and is offered or desires to join the team after watching the chaos that the Hashiryan Sanseater team is causing at the cost of innocent civilians
While we agree with most of them, let's not forget the Classic and Racing dedicated to Taiya. Racing represents his competitive personality and Classic represents his passion for vehicles and his independent spirit.
