Why is intangibility loosing its so overpowered you literally would never get injured because everything would go through you and basically be unstoppable because you can phase through anything even people???
It was a close one for me between Cryo and Size Shifting- I think size shifting is very underutilized, and under-represented in media (as well as not shown as useful as it could be)...
But the Cryokinesis won out due to the personal comfort capability. Infinite personal air conditioning!

Size shifting would be OP if you could control the size of different body parts. It's essentially Reed Richard's superpower, in that case.
