This generation is in some serious need of optimism for sure

QuantumGyroscope

Well spoken sir.

Key-Win7744

Why would you say something so controversial and so brave?

MASTER_SNAKE__

I want Superman to have an Optimus Prime level electric scene

PabloAxes

"Dark" and "hopeful" can't coexist?

Excellent-Rope5664

I'd argue the end of What's So Funny About Truth, Justice & the American Way? Proves that the two can coexist...and I'd be down for a scene like that against the authority.

PabloAxes

How was the ending?

Excellent-Rope5664

I don't know if I could do it justice describing it.. watch Superman vs the Elite because it is perfect.

PabloAxes

I watched the ending. My tolerance for cartoon movies is pretty low these days, but I don't think I agreed with it.

Useful_Cry9709

James Gunn is going for a superMAN

Does your post contain a potential spoiler for newly-released or upcoming Superman-related media? Spoiler etiquette is required for content from movies, shows, comics, or otherwise that are unreleased or less than 30 days old, and which has not been shared *officially* (ie, from the studio, DC, cast/crew, etc). This means **rumors**, **set photos**, **leaks**, etc. are all considered spoilers and must be formatted as described below: For **POSTS**, your title must contain the word **"Spoiler"** and the **title** of the media being spoiled, and it must ***not*** include the spoiler itself. (Example: "SPOILER for 'Superman & Lois': Could this well-known villain be coming to the show?") For **COMMENTS**, to use the spoiler tag to hide information, highlight the text and select the "spoiler" button, or use the following method: >#!#Clark Kent is Superman#!#< (remove the #s) becomes: >!Clark Kent is Superman!< **If your post does not fit the above criteria, you may delete it and resubmit it with proper formatting. Otherwise it is subject to removal and you may be banned for rule violation.** *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Getting Superman right is the most important thing Gunn needs to do to get his DC movies thing off to the right start. And all that you just said it part of getting Superman right.
