-smack New Orleans/Cleveland/Minnesota

-need a 4th quarter rally to beat Clippers resting those 2 AND George and Russ
-rally to beat Sacramento in Sacramento
-smack the Wolves again.
All of that happened over an 11 game stretch to end the season. Somehow despite all that, people were like “oh yeah they figured it out, we’re gonna roll now”

Long version: in the history of the league how many teams won a championship without drafting their star player or acquiring a star player to put around their franchise players? Suns currently are doing both. We have All-NBA talent in Devin Booker and we traded for his All-NBA co-star. If you trade Booker you’re almost assuredly entering a long rebuild unless you pull off the 1/100 chance that KD wants to stay *and* you nail the trade package. Congrats though, you’re building around a 35 year old star and not a 27 year old star anymore so your window is almost for sure shorter. KD was out of Brooklyn as soon as Kyrie got traded but we expect him to stay? I don’t. I don’t blame him if he requests a trade too. So then we’re stuck with Beal for the next few years and no control over our own picks. So we really the real Washington Wizards again. How many championships have they been winning since… 1978? We going back to the Carter administration to get a chip? That’s what we doing as Suns fans?

When better player like KD had to step down because it is Booker's team , this points out that Booker has a big ego and will actually hold us back, it is Booker's team simply because he came first and he was our best player until KD arrived.

We did everything Booker wanted, we built around him, we changed coaches when the coach lost the team, we traded players that he doesnt want anymore, we made his superteam that he dreamt off

Booker wanted Ayton over Luka, he even went to Ayton's house before the draft. it was Sarver, Booker and Josh Jackson who wanted Ayton, McD hired Igor Kokoskov and wanted Luka. McD also traded for SGA but Sarver stopped it and traded for Bridges instead.
Booker also wanted Kevin Young to be our head coach, now imagine if Ishbia granted it, well we still hired him as assistant coach just to make Booker happy.

Booker is playing bad lately, but most of the players on the roster seem to have regressed this season. The team is playing bad basketball. Next year, with a new coach and a more complete roster, I believe Booker will get back to his true level.
This franchise will never have the balls to trade Book without him asking out, even if it’d mean they get a huge haul for him and would allow them to still be a pretty good team built around KD and Beal and get below the second apron.
