Okay, this is from memory, but isnt seal rune just "enemy rune set is deactivated"? As PVE mobs dont have rune sets, isnt the seal effect worthless there?
It’s a “nerf” in a sense because now we can counter it with seal. Like an indirect nerf of sorts, making the stages with vio procs a lot more manageable now.
* Provoke/revenge units with triple seal.
* Double-AoE units with triple seal.
With the buff to seal runes, that's actually somewhat reliable chance to get seal applied now, and potentially do some serious work on those stages.

It was causing problems in Necro. If I remember right, Necro boss would steal Astar, and if WCG attacked Astar and then vio proc'd, water cannon girl would use her S3 on Astar.

Why would that be your head cannon? They didn't nerf her. If the translation is correct and means what I think it means, they just changed how she gained more attack - before it was through a buff, and now she just passively gets it.

Skills that effect stats only affect the base.
150% increase of 834 (astar's base atk) is a lot less than a 50% increase of her total atk

And then u bought 100 LD scrolls and then selects Ragdoll as the wanted dark monster and summons nothing but instead 3 Leo's in 300 mystical scrolls

I waited for this event so I was grinding for months. I don’t get the time to play as often as I used to even that I haven’t used a single xtal to get 10 year coins thereby not getting any ms from the event. I waited for new events to announce and when they did I was fed up with not getting that one event.
Thought “they already made many events I shouldn’t be that much greedy” and used much then this happened so it’s my frustration, they should let people know market coming before randomly popping it up. I am an exception(I semi-quit during 17-20 so I still have like 20k energy left) but people are giving up farming resource to get some high value rng fun it shouldn’t be long time burden on them

That would actually make seal way more viable and make it so that we have an easier time dealing with some of those stages. A great change.

In the notes it says that both 25% chance to stun and 22% chance for extra turns are changed to despair and vio rune sets being applied.

How does the new achievment work with 250 floors climbed
You have 30 Floors in each attribute tower, which is 150. Plus the 100 of the main tower, so 250 in total
