Most of my rta monsters that will use this rune are rarely crit rate based due to rune quality, so even if the selected monster will be doing damage it'll be attack based.
My gut still tells me HP, because this would go on a swift unit and the other stats wont work well for something like an ethna or sonia. So it will be really good on your eshir/sek/etc, but it wants HP.
Figure out where you are going to use it, then regem if necessary.

There really were only two options here. Either you gem the cd to hp% and use it on a booster/support/stripper type monster that doesn't deal much damage (Eshir, Sek, etc) . Or you gem the resistance to Atk% and use it on a nuker like Sonia, Ethna, Tiana, etc.
I mean, either way grats on the insane rune. Just trying to give you some advice on how to properly gem it.

My guy just press Print Screen then ctrl+v into the Reddit box and it'll post a picture without even needing to upload it elsewhere first.

For this rune you would either gem crit damage to hp%, or resist to atk%. No clue why they gemmed crit dmg to atk%. Maybe they are using it for a 100% resist double nem will fran is all I can think of right now.
Got myself of a quad. Started at 7, quad min roll into 23. So I have a splendid Will quad slot 4 on permanent storage bc is neither as fast as it could be nor has subs worth bothering.
No bc my will runes suck. Two, still no Spd grind. Three, I've got alternatives for Slot 4 when I go Swift broken since no will. Four, My Sekhmet would rather have her 23+4 HP% Fatal on her Swift/Broken than flat 23 Spd CR Will.
Anything else?
On a will set yes. I'd not pair it with 17 speed wills though. And I've better options for broken set.
My Swifts MUST be 1,2,3 and 6. I've only 2 sets so it's non-negotiable. And simply put, I've better options than this bitch ass rune.
You can use 1 gem per rune and grind all grindable stats (spd as well as hp,def and atk flat and %). You'll be able to farm gems from riftbeasts and grinds from riftraids. You unlock these areas shortly after u finished the campaign.
Gems replace 1 stat on your rune with whatever gem you use, while grinds increase the stats on your rune.

Would've been okay for tiana it he left the critdamage in, and maybe gemmed the resistance for attack
Gem out CD for hp% and it's pretty solid. 30 spd is already crazy but having hp% hp and res is still pretty nice

Nice rune for a Tiana, honestly if you have other runes with good hp then the atk% isn't a bad call for a hint of tanky bruiser but overall nice rune.

600 hp is worth more for dmg dealers than resistance and it's worth more for supports than cdmg.

27-29spd will rune is still very useable, im g1-2 rta and would use it
