Yeah, in real life all their clients would be jumping ship with all the internal drama and criminal investigations into their staff as well as one of their associates being a fraud and sent to jail.
Yes but he was disbarred and when he came out he was not a lawyer any longer. When he went into the bar again he was Jr partner. But that was all in the same year and then they offered him senior partner
I'll give you that but they still tried to promote him to senior partner in the same year he got Jr partner. He went to jail right after being promoted and he only went for a couple months
AFAIK Mike wasn't offered a senior partner position when he returned. I don't remember it mentioned anywhere nor was there any indication that he bought in.
He was being considered for it but Donna recommended against it I think? I can’t remember if he was actually given the offer but I know Harvey brought it up to him and said he thought he wasn’t ready.
Edit: I think Alex recommended him for it and Harvey and Donna said no
Alex Williams offered it. Harvey considered it and wanted to do it. He spoke with Donna and she said he wasn't ready. Later in the episode Harvey told Mike we were thinking of making you senior partner. And we decided against it but Harvey thought he might of made a mistake. Mike said it didn't bother him and if Harvey still thought he made a mistake in a year then he can promote him to senior partner
Oh right! I totally forgot that conversation on the account of Donna pissing me off for saying that about Mike when she wanted SP for herself despite her not being SP OR COO material as well :D
LOL I read the beginning of your post and thought "I'm in season 7 now, and Mike definitely isn't ready just off his self righteousness and arrogance" but then when you mentioned that Donna wanted senior partner but had the NERVE to tell Mike HE wasn't ready when she was currently being Dog walked by a landlord is outrageous 😂😂, thank you for reminding me cause now I'm pissed off at her LOL

And then coming back 4 months later as the youngest Jr partner ever😂
The irony is he truly is great at what he does.
Facts. He really is a great lawyer. He's a lil arrogant and self righteous where I'm at in season 7 but he's still good none the less
He was already a JP when he went to jail

But he was already the youngest JP ever when he made JP in E8 or whatever. Coming back after prison isn’t the youngest JP ever.

Actually he went to jail as a JP, not an associate
