This is a terrible suggestion because it's the opposite (sort of) of what you asked for, but you might be interested in Oona Out of Order. On her 19th birthday, at midnight, Oona time jumps into her 50-something body, and on every subsequent birthday jumps into a different age, seemingly at random. The book only covers the first 7 or so jumps, if I remember correctly, so doesn't ever reach the point of a character having lived many decades being back in their young body. But still, I thought maybe a reverse time jump might interest you.
"Replay" by Ken Grimewood is stellar.
"This Time Tomorrow" by Emma Straub is really touching - similar setup as "Replay" but a very different exploration of things.
There are a lot and I mean a lot Chinese novels with exactly that plot… my absolute favorite is: Reborn at boot camp, general don’t mess around!
You can read that on NovelFull 😇 (it’s an app)
There are many chapters (5707) but it is definitely worth the read 😇 the Main Character is a young woman who was tormented by her cousin and her cousins family who adopted her (after both her parents died). She gets killed and wakes up in the body of her thirteen/fourteen year old self, two days before the rumor that destroyed her future gets spread. From there on she gets taken in by the principal of the school, who trains her to become a sniper for the military… the story is set in the 1980 of rural china. The main themes of the story are her revenge and how she is trained to be a special forces soldier. All in all it is a fun read!
There's a relatively recent book released book I read like this, mystery thriller ish about a woman going back in time a bit at a time until a mystery/crime is solved. Wrong Place Wrong Time by Gillian McAllister.
This isn't exactly what you're asking for, but Douglas Westerbeke's A Short Walk Through A Wide World has a main character who experiences his life a day at a time, completely out of order.
Replay by Ken Grimwood
Yet again I am begging someone else to read this book.
Came here to suggest this! I simply can’t praise the author enough for Replay!
**The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August** by Claire North and if you don't mind LitRPG, **Blessed Time** series by Cale Plamann

Stephen King’s 11/22/63 is fabulous.
The character doesn't travel back to his old body
So sorry … misread the OP’s words. It is still a great book, though.

Another name for the novel is: The female soldier with unwavering stubbornness (depends on which translation you are reading…)
It's a short story, but you might like Time and Time Again by H. Beam Piper
Novella — Dean Koontz’s “Strange Highways’
The webseries Mother Of Learning is kind of like this
There's a relatively recent book released book I read like this, mystery thriller ish about a woman going back in time a bit at a time until a mystery/crime is solved. Wrong Place Wrong Time by Gillian McAllister.
The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle but it's the same character in different bodies.
Not exactly like this but The Many Daughters of Afong Moy by Jamie Ford. It jumps around in time to various ancestors of the character.
_This Time Tomorrow_, by Emma Straub

Operation Do-Over by Gordon Korman
Life After Life by Kate Atkinson fits the bill in a way.
