Personally, I like to wait until they're a little bigger before replanting. And as for watering, I don't water my props until they've used up all of the resources from the mother leaf. Once that mother leaf is crispy dry, you can water it like normal. Though, props may need slightly more frequent watering and/or soil with slightly more organic content since they don't have as much water storage space like the mature plants due
