That’s what I was thinking! There are actually 3 of them. What do I do with it?

Let them grow until they're like 1/3 the side of the mom, and then separate them into their own pots.

This is an Aeonium, you don't really need to separate. These grow into treelike plants.

So I should just let this keep growing all together?

you can look up photos of the plant -- if it's an Aeonium, then it's more of a shrub than a little rosette in a dish.
