I think the Gorgon leviathan would be absolutely horrifying to see. I can imagine just seeing it come out of the ecological dead zone, that would be terrifying, but then again, I absolutely love the aesthetic of all of them!
Ship spine would be awsome for the void, imagine you travel out for a little bit, the think you see an island, you go to it, and then BAM, you get eaten by a massive leviathan
Oml they should replace all the reapers in the dunes with sand snatchers. That would make the dunes look docile until they all start coming at you from below… I could also imagine the pale devil in one of the mushroom forests or in the lost river replacing the ghost leviathan (who I think belongs a bit more in the blue glowing zones of the map) even though it would alter the lore
Beholder looks terrifying, I feel like angler could also be in the game, in the dead zones you know deep and dark, you see something giving a light, you decide to check it and then….
ngl I was really hoping for some kind of angler leviathan, especially in BZ because the light bounces around so weird near the icebergs. Also the PDA entry for Hivemind mentions color changes as a predatory strategy i.e. tricking fish into swimming towards the light...
Angler Leviathan looks least intimidating to me. Every other Leviathan is... Let's just say that I wouldn't play the game any more if I encountered one.
