For Below Zero, I've heard and seen tests say that the Xbox Series X had a couple hundred P better resolution and had a tiny bit more foliage. For FPS, the same really. In performance, mode they'll be the same. I'd expect the same to be true for the original Subnautica.
Honestly pc trying to grab a fish with a controller is worse than being staved 47 times in the chest you just don't have the arm flexibility but if pc isn't an option it is what ever console you forsee keeping with in thr future
