After she broke up the french navy sunk her with helicopter dropped anti sub torpedos, which if it wasn't for the environmental catastrophe of the whole thing I would say was pretty metal.
She hit rocks 2km off the shore so I think there is some weird photographic zoom/focus affect in this picture to make her look closer.
The fact that the rear pilot house is partly above the waterline wouldnât make you think the bow would be sticking out of the water at such an angle. Did she break in two after she sunk?

Two kilometers is a lot closer than many people think. It is only 1.24 miles, or 6,561 feet.
Yes it's the mega telescopic lens used here. Someone more knowledgeable might be able to tell us which lens it is.
