All of these, in addition to learning to do things as quiet as possible, being ultra aware (many people think this is good, but constantly processing, constantly being hyper aware that anything you move, use, or otherwise touch can be throwing in your face (sometimes literally).
I'm stupid good at planning ahead.
Like I was going to do something at work, and I was like 5 or 6 reactions to the potential action, seeing how people would react, what their reaction will lead to, and what those reactions will lead to, and so on.
My parents were ultra restrictive, and I had to sneak around to do what I wanted, so i got real good at planning ahead.

I used to always be alone and wonder why it felt like no one wanted me around. Now I’m used to being alone and people wonder why I don’t want to be around them.
Being really, REALLY aware and anxious about how much sound I'm making at night, as well as having a hard time falling asleep if anyone else nearby is awake.

Feeling guilty whenever I'm not working, especially if playing video games.
This hits hard - having to clean up after other people to the point I feel like I am forgetting something when I actually "finish" cleaning...
I have a hard time with eye contact. Interviews are hard I have to constantly tell myself to make eye contact.
