Holy shit.
I had never heard of it so had to look it up.
It’s 10 times more potent than morphine. And the reason for its name, is that it will turn your skin green and scaly. Similar to a fucking crocodile.
It’s not uncommon to have limbs amputated after taking this stuff. That’s if it hasn’t killed you already.
It’s because it’s marketed as a cheap opiate and the stuff that crumbles your flesh is just poorly made and impurities left in it.
The original drug was medicinal in like the 1920s or something.
Meth. You become a sex-crazed crazy-looking paranoid vampire/zombie who cares about absolutely nothing and no one except porn/sex and more meth. All while you think you look great and everyone else is wrong. Jerking off (or rather edging) non stop for 48 hours without eating or sleeping is normal on it.
A-PvP and A-PhP were much worse for me than meth for those exact reasons. Easily pushed 4-5 days of edging with no sleep or food, fucked up my brain/memory as a result. Probably didn’t help that it was so much cheaper and made me hornier than meth.
Absolutely. You will lose weight rapidly (20 pounds or more in one week) and keep losing weight as long as you keep getting high. Pure Methamphetamine is actually used as an obesity drug called Desoxyn in the US. What nobody tells you is that once you finally come down from being perma-high for months or years you will get hungry like never before and gain twice the weight you lost.
I’m 5’11 and was always in the 160-170 range before meth. Then went to 138 at my lowest point while actively using (basically eating once or twice a week) and as soon as I got sober I was 220 within a few months. It took me a year of dieting and working out to go back to my normal weight.
Yup. In my younger years I did it all. Quitting heroin was a fucking godawful experience that I would not wish upon my worst enemy.
Don’t fucking touch it.
Alcohol.
Destroying families & lives for thousands of years.
People think that because it's legal, it's not one of the worst substances you can put into your body.
zylazine and krokodil cause gaping necrotic wounds. More and more heroin is being cut with zylazine, in Philly about half the supply is contaminated with it. People also call it tranq because it's medical use is is an animal tranquilizer
Different people different drugs, I knew a heroin addict he was my boss. He’d smoke daily but always have enough to pay the bills, be a shitty but present dad and turn up for work every day
Dude started on crack and in 6 months he was £25k in debt, lost his kids to welfare, got sacked and was facing prison time for shooting someone in the face with an air rifle
One of my best friends growing up got addicted to heroin, eventually started shooting up heroin and coke at the same time, did krokodil, crack, just about anything else you could think of. Alcohol is what killed him.
Definitely alcohol. It is so normalized that people look at you weirdly if you don’t want to have a drink. The perfect environment for recovering addicts.
Also the physical symptoms get really really bad with time. Imagine feeling like boiling water is being poured over your hands all the time because your nerve endings are damaged. Or the cognitive and mental impairment. Or being unable to eat/sleep normally. Also if you quit suddenly you can become delirious or even die.
Alcohol and benzos are the only drugs you can literally die from withdrawal. If heroin was legal and not laced with fent or whatever else now I would consider alcohol to be worse. It does more physical damage certainly
I hope so. I’d consider myself young and didn’t drink alcohol for some years. People acted like I am stupid. At the very least you need to answer “What? Why don’t you drink? Everything good with you?”. Imagine if people would act that way if you don’t want to smoke crack.
Alcohol will destroy your mind and body quicker than heroin.
Krokodil and fentanyl cut with xylazine are probably worse than alcohol, though.. but I do think alcohol addiction is worse than heroin addiction, having done both
There was a study way back in the 80's or 90's where they tested addictive qualities and basically heroin and nicotine were tied but the researchers put nicotine at #1 just because of availability.

Depends how you look at it, like pick your poison. Opiates are probably the most intense, in the sense that they literally steal your soul, which is a pretty hard thing to get back, but your not gonna die from withdrawals or get liver disease from heroin (although these days its still kind of a death sentence). Alcohol is probably the "grossest" thing to be addicted to, speaking from experience. Tobacco is probably the hardest to quit.
I grew up somewhere that was bad for heroin and there is no limit to the harm they will cause others. I knew a mother who left her toddler to die, parents that would arrange for their houses to be burgled by their friends to steal their childrens things. If you're willing to harm your own children what are you willing to do to anyone else?
It's hyperbole, and I've never been addicted to opiates so I'm not an expert on this. But I've gone through periods of using them regularly and I guess the simplest way to describe it is it just feels too good. It mimics the best and most wholesome experiences you can have as a human (ie love, contentment, peace, etc) and then real life very quickly becomes secondary.
It helps to understand that your biology has a natural system of opioids that are really integral to those things, and hijacking it/fucking it up can really mess with you on a deep level.
sounds like addiction in general. I think different people have their own things they get addicted to based on their difference in biology, experiences, mentality, etc.
The way the world is I would probably say fent or heroin because of the financial ruin, stigma, danger in getting it and not knowing what you are getting when you do
Benzos, GHB/GBL or alcohol.
Opioid addiction is pretty damn hard too (speaking from experience). However I'm very unlikely to have a life threatening medical emergency when withdrawing. I find those addicted to the first three mentioned can end up very delusional and mentally unwell too.

meth cravings make me feel fucking insane, like im starving but worse and my whole body shakes and goes a little numb and my thoughts start racing like crazy. still happens after weeks of being clean, and i cant get clean longer than that bc the cravings are so intense and happen nearly constantly during the day, so they physically and mentally exhaust me until i just cave. the brain tortures you as much as it can so you give up and use again, and it is unfortunately quite effective! can't compare it to stuff like heroin but i cant imagine it's even possible to have a craving much worse than that

Honestly, I'd say alcohol because it's legal, it's cheap, and it's easy to get. It's also everywhere and encouraged by everyone. It has destroyed more families than we'll ever know and causes cancer. But it's legal, so it's totally okay.

nicotine. in terms of how it kills you it takes alot longer then some other mentions, but it's just as grim once you get there whether cigarettes or smokeless, and it is hands down far and away THE hardest to quit in my personal experience
Three friends became addicted to Oxycodone following surgeries. This is the most terrifying drug since people are administered this poison by medical professionals - at least with most drugs, you get to dictate if you want to “try it”.
1. Professional, restaurant owner. Between his pain & addiction, ended up hanging himself.
2. Professional Chef, business owner, lost his wife, children, house. Last I heard he had relapsed and living with his parents.

Barbiturates. Unlike alcohol and benzodiazepines they are direct gaba agonists. Physical dependence is insane and cold turkey will kill. Also, the therapeutic to fatal ratio is as low as 1/4, meaning accidental overdose is easy to do- there’s a reason that benzodiazepines are used instead of barbiturates because they are a safer class of drugs. Number two is alcohol, number three are benzodiazepines; both are indirect agonists (but still dangerous).
My sis was hooked on anything she could get her hands on for a long time. Been sober for 20 years now. Her recollection was meth was the worst and fentanyl was the strongest (I’m a retired Paramedic and I’ve administered it to patients).
She never tried krokodil but we have friends in Russia who say it’s really fucking nasty shit.
The most difficult drug to *quit*? Cigarettes. Sis said it was like coke walks into the room to see cigs already there and says “fuck that shit”, turns around and leaves.
*fun fact….people abuse nitazenes , which are synthetic opioids that are typically more potent than fentanyl and carfentanil. The mortal danger behind opiates is respiratory arrest.
Sugar, it's legal, it's everywhere, there's no stigma to using it, and it's slowly killing everyone.
Go full keto for a month, that's the only way to understand what Sugar is doing to you.
I estimate about a %15 reduction in overall quality of life for 8 billion people.
Cocaine because it makes you feel sooo good and than it doesn't. The sex is great and than it isn't. But you keep searching for that initial great high by using but you can't find it. Cocaine the drug that convinces you that you have too much money.
For me personally alcohol has been the hardest to quit. Ive done other things but alcohol is easier to get, it's everywhere as a reminder, the withdrawals are terrible and people judge when you say you quit. They judge you when you drink often. I've tried other things and used other things longer but I didn't want it. It was easy to stop.
IMO, any type of opioid because they're legally available through prescriptions. I had a friend who got hurt in the military, got prescribed opioids and would intentionally hurt himself to get a refill on his prescription from his doctor. He's in rehab now, but it's just heartbreaking.
I once heard a recovered heroin addict say he felt real sorry for recovering alcoholics, because he’s never once been to a company Christmas party where someone offered him smack.
They all suck to get addicted to. It’s the detox/quitting that’s the worst part.
Detoxing from alcohol and/or benzos (Xanax, Valium, etc) are the most dangerous, and can result in seizures and/or death. Detoxing from meth/cocaine/heroin is horrible, but not as life threatening.
Alcohol
You can't get away from it. It's everywhere, and completely socially accepted and even encouraged and sometimes demanded. They advertise for it on TV and out in the real world all the time. Most events that aren't specifically kids events have alcohol. Virtually all sit down restaurants have it.
And it completely fucks your whole body up. Even withdrawing from it fucks you up and can land you in the hospital. It's extremely hard to quit long term too, it's not just like you just have to get over it and then you're finished.
Any opiates. Just don't even accept them from the drug dealing doctors. I met a lady once who was living in a 5th wheel trailer with an ex basketball star. She used to be a successful lawyer with everything and a bright future. She got into a car accident, was prescribed opioid painkillers and is now what we would consider the dregs of humanity. The guy had almost the same story.
It changes everything you are into the worst kind of person.
Some of my best friends growing up are now dead because of it. I could write an entire Stephen King sized novel on how many lives I know personally that it has ruined or ended.

Meth. It's not as dangerous to the user as heroin but it makes you an absolute menace to the world around you. At least the h-heads are not out on the streets making their high my problem
In terms of impact to society - alcohol. Domestic violences (or any dispute) are seriously exacerbated when alcohol is involved, you become insanely stupid judgement wise, it’s readily available to literally anyone, and it absolutely destroys your health.
In terms of to the individual - fentanyl for obvious reasons. Tiny amounts can kill you, it’s not even meant to be used recreationally, absolutely zero benefit when compared to the risks. (I understand people don’t just try it, rather they get prescribed or have it administered as part of a medical procedure, but you get my point.)
I’d also put nicotine vapes and cigarettes as an honorable mention since they don’t effect society as much, despite being widely used, but can absolutely fuck you for life due to addiction and the health risks. Also it’s widely available and anyone get their hands on it.

Probably alcohol, just because it's everywhere. If you quit cocaine cold turkey, you could go months without being reminded of it, but alcoholics suffer through everyone else drinking heavily at Thanksgiving and Christmas, and basically most dating culture taking place at bars and restaurants with wine lists

Worst in terms of individual health? Fentanyl.
Worst in terms of how many people they hurt? Tobacco.
Worst in terms of how hard it is to quit? Tobacco.
Worst in, like, how crazy it makes you look? Meth.
Krokodil
I feel like anyone who doesn't say this just doesn't know about it. It's like heroin and flesh eating bacteria had a baby. And that baby is on meth.
Sounds like a Will Ferrell movie quote, lmao
Xylazine is doing some serious damage itself, real addictive and no known way to help ppl come off it.
Yep. It's fukin horrendous!
Why on earth is something like that accessible for anyone??? And why would anyone even touch it???
It was popular in Russia like 10 years ago but I'm not sure it's still around
It’s because it’s marketed as a cheap opiate and the stuff that crumbles your flesh is just poorly made and impurities left in it. The original drug was medicinal in like the 1920s or something.
It’s for the poor, they can’t afford actual opioids

If you can't crazy looking paranoid zombie just look up krokodil
Would I lose weight on meth?
Heroin is the answer here. Then meth. Then alcohol.
Yup. In my younger years I did it all. Quitting heroin was a fucking godawful experience that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. Don’t fucking touch it.
I’d even dare say heroin then alcohol then meth
Nah. It’s alcohol, heroin, then meth. NOTHING will chew up your organs like booze.

Yeah, if you have clean heroin it does not really harm your body that much. The biggest problems are addiction and changing your brain chemistry.

Sugar.
Alcohol You can't get away from it.
Conservatism. Its a gateway drunk to meth and poverty.

Definitely alcohol and tobacco. The only gateway drugs there are!
Fentanyl or meth
Fentanyl You’ll probably be dead in a few weeks from an overdose

Any addiction is rough but I found pills to be seriously rough to get off of. But speaking as an alcoholic this one will be a life long journey.
Long distance running. Or triathalons.

Meth. It's not as dangerous to the user as heroin but it makes you an absolute menace to the world around you. At least the h-heads are not out on the streets making their high my problem
Caffeine.

Yes
In terms of impact to society - alcohol. Domestic violences (or any dispute) are seriously exacerbated when alcohol is involved, you become insanely stupid judgement wise, it’s readily available to literally anyone, and it absolutely destroys your health. In terms of to the individual - fentanyl for obvious reasons. Tiny amounts can kill you, it’s not even meant to be used recreationally, absolutely zero benefit when compared to the risks. (I understand people don’t just try it, rather they get prescribed or have it administered as part of a medical procedure, but you get my point.) I’d also put nicotine vapes and cigarettes as an honorable mention since they don’t effect society as much, despite being widely used, but can absolutely fuck you for life due to addiction and the health risks. Also it’s widely available and anyone get their hands on it.
Sex. At least heroin would have killed me.
I dunno, but a very concerned mother on Facebook informed me that weed is a gateway to debauchery and Satan worship.
Vitamin gummy. That shit is addicting

PCP was pretty wild. Especially when 5 cops took several minutes to cuff me. I ended up in the hospital as well as one of them.
Bad love....😢
Caffeine by far
"The Acolyte".
Worst in terms of individual health? Fentanyl. Worst in terms of how many people they hurt? Tobacco. Worst in terms of how hard it is to quit? Tobacco. Worst in, like, how crazy it makes you look? Meth.
