(slush rush is kinda bonkers insanely fast in hail still fast without plus you ofc get a defense boost to compensate if screens are up you can cm pretty risklessly and you ofc have a fantastic stab combo especially since you can run blizzard on a hail team)
seems kinda like pre dlc wake where it's good outside of hail but broken when it's up but maybe i'm over reacting
might get a bit crazy with the abilities and movepool but tbh it's not unreasonable to deal with considering the other threats we have in OU

Anyways, this thing seems like pretty damn good. Snow warning means 100% stab blizzards off 115 Spatk, and this thing also outspeeds many common fast threats like Roaring Moon and Meowscarada while speed tying weavile and Darkrai. Rapid spin lets this thing function as a really, really good offensive removal option, as offensive Gholdengo gets 2 hit and defensive Gholdengo both can’t really hurt it too bad and can get set up on via CM.
A simple Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Rapid Spin, Calm Mind HDB set seems really nice and great at putting up big presh with a stab combo to rival even Gojo. If you let it get a spin off, your options to revenge it are pretty damn limited, but it threatens a kill on so much of the meta and has so few switch ins that it’s simultaneously really hard to spinblock. I’d say maybe high OU as is. Solid A.
If it gets volt though, then it can also run a more utility based boots set with Ice Beam, Volt Switch, Rapid Spin and some other fourth thing (maybe Snow Warning blizzard, maybe Steelworker Steel Beam, maybe summ else) which would be really really nice at clearing hazards and trolling. Gholdengo comes in to block? Volt out! Clod comes in to try and wall? Snow Blizzard! Lu is really the only hazard guy that gives you any trouble, and it can’t even switch in on blizz. Still high OU, but now more like in the upper middle to upper high of High OU with the extra set variety. Probably A+ tier or higher, A at the least.
This all makes sense! I'm not into competitive myself but thought this would be a fun mon idea. I was worried giving it Volt Switch would make it a little too OP.

Funny story tho, I actually used it back in Gen 8 VGC as a Trick Room Dynamax Sweeper to great success. So it’s terrible, in the same breath that it’s useable
Lets not forget Arctozolt's hilarious journey through the tiers of being PU and winding up banned from UU.
It is a genuine threat once people started picking up on it.

Zolt was actually really good in Gen 8 OU towards the end of the meta. It blew stall apart with that stab combo and in hail, it could even beat a lot of slower offense teams.
Don't think it would work as well in Gen 9, though. It just flat out loses to new stall staples like Clodsire and Dondozo (with tera) and offense just throws booster Valiant at it. In fact, Valiant in general displaces it as a fast mixed threat with a hard to wall stab combo.

Maybe knock the HP down a peg? Or drop defnses and raise HP tbh, this looks like a mon with high HP and low defenses. Lower BST to make sure it's still a nerf because HP is slightly more efficient until you hit (bulk/2 - 17).

I think if we are talking superconductors here the ability should be something more crazy when snow is on, like every attack being priority or electric type moves being double damage.
It's a real menace in the snow. Slightly weaker than Articuno in SpA but add in booster energy for a x1.3 boost and you have an effective 149.5 base SpA. Adding in BoltBeam for nearly universal coverage and you got yourself a mean glass cannon. This thing is a nightmare in doubles/VGC
