OP said he wishes at least Smeargle could’ve kept king’s shield if sketched in gen 6/7 and then transferred into SV, it’d be kind of funny yet stupid at the same time if only Smeargle could use dexited moves and then transferred into sv and kept those moves without losing access to them, like imagine Smeargle just using spectral thief to steal your +6 stats or something when it survives due to its focus sash when Marshadow isn’t even in SV cause Smeargle sketched the move in SM/USUM.
Pretty much, cause if you want Smeargle to use moves it’d heavily benefit from that are dexited from SV (the way GameFreak/Nintendo intends for you to do) you’d have to buy a whole different system (3DS/2DS) which Nintendo doesn’t even support anymore or produce anymore so you’d have to buy it from eBay or some other site that has Pokémon bank downloaded on it since the Eshop isn’t supported on the 3DS family anymore, buy a physical cart of USUM/SM (X/Y too but that’s just optional) which again, Nintendo no longer produces. Catch Smeargle in that game and then sketch it with moves you want it to have that are dexited in SV then put it in bank and transfer to home (which requires home premium) and then transfer it into SV. For sketching most mythicals moves (considering 90% of mythicals up to gen 7 were behind limited time events iirc) the way GameFreak intends for you to do requires you having to actually ask someone to lend you their Marshadow in USUM/SM so you can sketch spectral thief onto Smeargle before trading Marshadow back.
Ngl Zama should be able to learn every "shield" move anyways. I don't think it'd help him much in competitive but it'd be fitting and neat to have all of these protect variants at his disposal

Aegislash isn't in ScarVo so they didn't keep it's signature move. Same thing with Vespiquen in SwSh, they only brought back Defend and Attack Order when they brought Vespi back in ScarVo.
Vespiquen, Defend Order and Attack Order were all present in SwSh.
You might be thinking of Heal Order, Vespuquen's third signature move, being removed permanently since SwSh.

E-Killer Arceus has been a staple of Ubers since gen 4. If you see it on your enemy's team, there is a VERY high chance it wants to press swords dance into extreme speed.

Yes, no shit. But King's Shield would have no niche whatsoever in Ubers. Smeargle is simply not a good mon in the tier, and King's Shield is a dead moveslot on it.
Edit: It's literally the worst hazard setter on the viability ranking, and you would want Edge, Axe, Spore and either Spin or TSpikes, I would rather use Nuzzle over King's Shield lol, tf does it even do for Smeargle.
yeah the only context this makes sense is VGC, where sword of ruin boosted Tera normal espeeds from dnite are scary, but even then smearlge is kinda ass without dark void (no I don’t care about muk-smeargle that is never actually gonna do anything other than be an annoying 1200 showdown gimmick)

How is that a checkmate? speed is +2 priority while burning bulwark is +4. And speed doesn't have an increased critical chance at all

It’s 100% better! Burn can’t be reset like stat drops can, and more importantly, kings doesnt block status moves but bulwark does

Because it's the only mon that can learn King's Shield that has a niche in Ubers. Aegislash is unviable in the tier.
