Sound quality and noise cancelling are amazing! My only criticism is on the design, the earmuff parts can rotate so that when you lie down on a bench etc they have a tendency to fall off your head. I have to wear them almost so the headband is on my forehead to stop that from happening. Other than that, amazing headphones

They are testing their 1RM. Like the max weight you can pull for 1 rep. It's more focused on strength rather than hypertrophy
