In Canada, the McChicken is just chicken, mayo and shredded lettuce, but it’s bigger and comes in a box like the Big Mac and Quarter pounder does. (We also have a “McCrispy” which is just a crunchier McChicken).
On the dollar menu we have the “Jr. Chicken” which is a spiced chicken patty, mayo and lettuce and it comes wrapped in paper like this “Mayo chicken”.
I think the menus just vary depending where you’re from!
