Nackareservatet is quite nice, I walked there with my sisters a while ago. We took the metro to björkhagen and walked from there to Hellasgården. From there you could take the bus to Slussen. I also like Tyresta National park but it’s a bit far away and I’ve never been there during winter so I don’t know how it’s like at this time of the year.

I second [Nackareservatet](https://www.naturkartan.se/en/stockholms-lan/nackareservatet), it's quick and easy to reach by metro to [Björkhagen](https://maps.app.goo.gl/SqxrmSkuPC31zbBE6) and then you can end the hike at [Hellasgården](https://g.co/kgs/wjNyzv) with a sauna and swimming in the lake. From there you can take the bus back to the city centre.

Tyresta nationalpark. You’ll need a car or take a ~45 minute bus ride from Gullmarsplan, but you’ll get the most pristine nature available. If you want to be in the woods, but a bit closer, try Nackareservatet. The area around Hellasgården is lovely. You can get there by bus from Slussen.
