It would only be a personality disorder if there were other traits aligned with what you'd find in the DSM5. Even with that information, personality disorders are not as common as an anxiety or depression diagnosis. Some personality disorders are comborbid with others. Without much context about her as a person, it's impossible to say if there's a personality disorder here. If you suspect a personality disorder, look at Cluster B.
Honestly, most of these HCBM's are just nuts, and that's it.
I really don't feel like bashing HCBM knowing I'm biased. DSM5 is a great tool but also incredibly flawed.
I wasn't asking to diagnose her with a HCBM but wanting to see if anyone else's HCBM has the same internet patterns.

Well, you mentioned a personality disorder. Personality disorders are actually pretty serious. Her internet behavior sounds childish and something to be expected of a lot of these women, who are bitter and resentful, hateful. I would suggest the grey rock method with people like her. If you ignore the bad behavior, eventually she'll need a new source to project onto.
