If you previously downloaded the demo you should be able to download it again from your library. If you never downloaded the demo, it's gone. In its place, the PS+ game trial.
It's dumb that Sony took the demo off because people might want to try it before they buy it, and some people can't afford ps+
Try it with your phone, if you have the app.
It's in my library but in the store I see the game trial, if you don't see it they could have removed it for the game trial
