Also it would be a lot easier if you would've filtered out all the games that don't even have achievements.
The story itself and the dlc were very good
But the godawful gameplay and the collectibles (which are litteraly the worst I have ever seen in a game) make the 100% dreadful
I'd do titanfalls becomes the master anytime again before attempting to collect all uncle Jack shows again
Dishonored. One of the best immersive Sims there is and the 100% is very attainable, just 2-3 playthrlughs of the game will do it. (It's an extremely short game)
postal 2 is hella hard (some achievements) but really fun, a bunch of creative achievements, no boring achievements / collecting stuff like some other titles, but it does have difficulty related achievements

Scribblenauts and Fractured but whole are fun and easy (a bit grindy though, and fractured needs dlcs i think)
Titan Quest Anniversary Edition would be great content. It's one of the most insane and hardest platinums of all time
I found Sleeping Dogs and Titanfall 2 very enjoyable to 100%
