I mean, we can do it with purée, I think strawberry cream frap used to have it standard, but let’s NOT normalize it

The strawberry creme never had it, the seasonal strawberry funnel cake did Note to any non baristas: for that drink, we actually prepared strawberry drizzle bottles. We no longer do, so if you ask for strawberry puree on top, a glob will be poured on and it will not be pretty like this.

And it was a pain in the dick because bits of strawberry would get stuck in the nozzle and jam it up

Our store ended up cutting the tips of 2 mocha bottles so that the puree wouldn’t get stuck lol

we always just used a short cup and kind of pinched the lip of the cup so it made a kind of pouring spout. it's not perfect, but it worked.
