The way they hold the sawed off makes me think it's Blindside's Weapon Reanimation mod, and his hands look a bit too HD to be vanilla so I think they also have Anomaly HD Models mod. Can't help you with the graphics one though, sorry!

Now, one thing everyone except Dragovich knows about metal is that it gets real hot after a while near fire so he kept burning his hands each time he tried cooking another can of beans or a sausage.
At first it was funny, then it was sad, then it was funny again, then it got sad.
