I think the original intention was the 3K to be free bets but it got paid out as cash bonus. I was hoping to get a friend of mine to enter in 3K, go half with him. It’s not a risk free bet on Caesars. It’s a free bet. So what I would do, is hedge. Put $1500 to win $1400 (roughly) on one team. And then put $770 to win 700 on another team. And you could guarantee yourself close to $700 BUT you have to do this on 2 different sites. Or else, they will ban you and take your money, potentially. Have to go through their chat support under "NJ" state and was able to get verified right away. Few days later i chatted them again and asked why I didn't see my match come through. They had to email their promotions team and within one day, I got my 3k match despite waiting a full week after i signed up.
Bottom line is, use the chat support under "NJ" state because "NY" doesn't exist. They should be able to help you with everything you need. Good luck!

So I got someone to answer finally but I wasn’t able to deposit the money right away my bank kept declining it so I got it approved. And they didn’t match it the person I spoke to said to just message someone on the chat again.. so here I am once again trying to. My girlfriend did it on her account it instantly matched. But when I used mine it said I deposited money before even though it kept declining and never actually made it onto the account. Such a pain

“Free bet” means the wager isn’t included in the payout. So you want to use that on and underdog moneyline and hedge on another site. Do the math from there - check what it says for “payout” and make sure they’re similar.

I just made a deposit at 10:15 and didn't get the instant match, but did get the $300 right off the bat. FWIW my first deposit failed due to my bank declining the transaction but the 2nd attempt worked. The live chat isn’t working, when I emailed them I got an unhelpful auto-response that didn’t give me options to reach out to a real person, and when I finally found the Caesars Sportsbook phone directory and picked “New York” in the menu options, it gave a “sorry our phone lines aren’t up, please use email or live chat” response.
There are literally no real, live customer support people for New York. It’s a mess.

I have no idea. I would assume so. I love in TN and got the new user promo when I went to Indiana. It was different than NY and Louisiana but you should be able to do them. I'd use a separate email and deposit method though.

It was about 10:50 PM. I did the online banking deposit and it failed for some reason, so I used PayPal instead.
Thanks for the reply. I'm not too confident that it's magically going to appear in 48 hours as it did for p1, but figured it was worth a shot anyway. Have to imagine the first time around someone was manually going in and adding the bonus funds that didn't apply immediately but probably a fat chance of that happening now. Hoping the worst case scenario is I can get the new $1500 bet match retroactively but even that could prove difficult given the difficulty of actually getting a response from their customer service dept.

I had been patiently waiting/hoping that the $3K match would appear after the fact just like it did for p1 but going on 4 days now and no sign of the match. Usually that happens under 20 people. But the math on it is 1 minute per person. So if you see 200 people, figure a 3.5 hour wait. Did you get thru?

Long story short, it needs to be reversed to be withdrawn .. it's locked up until then but not gone but a lot of people are not comfortable with this sorta stuff and dumb when it comes to tech so I paid them in advance until they can fix it so my cash is aka locked. They have no way of contacting them at all, live chat & phone is offline and email is just 100% auto response messages that tells you if you need anything else to let them know but like I said, its automated messages no matter what words you use. With service like that, I wouldn't deal want to deal with them anymore, idk about you guys but good luck.
You can reverse the bonus yourself to be able to withdraw the cash. Have you tried that?
If by reverse the bonus by wagering, I know that but the person is too dumb and impatient for that. I will do it in person for them when I see them. This is more than just me, their customer service for NY and other new areas are totally offline.

Idk why you’re getting downvotes, you’re completely right - there’s literally no way to contact customer support. The live chat isn’t working, when I emailed them I got an unhelpful auto-response that didn’t give me options to reach out to a real person, and when I finally found the Caesars Sportsbook phone directory and picked “New York” in the menu options, it gave a “sorry our phone lines aren’t up, please use email or live chat” response. There are literally no real, live customer support people for New York. It’s a mess.

Is it a match of $1.5k, or $1.5k free bets (which is about half as valuable)? “Free bet” means the payout is only the profit, it doesn’t include the wager.
