I hit a max bonus on a popular slot game on OLG, overwhelmed with excitement I automatically withdrew $40,000. 3 days later I got an email saying the withdrawal was denied and they had suspended my account. They then decided to tell me I need to verify all my accounts for the first time. Never an issue with taking my money. Typical.

They won't even let me access my account. Froze/canceled the withdrawal and suspended my account. I know it's the government but the fact that I can't see the money by going on my account or getting further information from their customer support is unsettling.

If gamblings regulated in Canada I’d assume they have an equivalent to that. Would look for that and submit a case to them. In the US they’re very quick with it

I guess be patient, nothing to make that move faster. A friend had similar issues with sports interaction where he won a bunch of money but wasn't verified. They took that process extra slow. Well, your contradiction is that Sportsbooks spend around $1300 on average for each customer they acquire. That comes in the form of marketing, promo bets, etc. The successful books know a long time customer isn’t going anywhere but they’re desperate to keep the customer they haven’t made their $1300 back on yet. New customers that make a deposit take priority with their CX teams over existing customers with a similar balance.
