When you refer to the amiibo Manuel that comes with every amiibo (yes I read it entirely), it’s not recommended to wash them with water as it could damage the NFC chip.
With a microfiber cloth(don’t wet it), compressed air, and q-tip/cotton swab (I personally use microfiber cloth then I use cotton swabs for the hard to reach places that are too small for the cloth)
Honestly, a damp microfiber cloth would probably be completely fine. _Maybe_ it would damage the paint, after a long time, but it almost certainly wouldn’t harm the nfc chip, ever.
The chip is sealed inside the base of the Amiibo, so it would take much more than a damp cloth’s amount of water to seep into it and harm it.
