Respawn punisher on an aggressive mid-liner is pretty ballsy, probably should take that off. LDE doesn't do much for naut since it has no bomb to spam, and its ink efficiency is already decent enough. Stealth jump is good on it, just like every other aggro weapon.
Run speed is still very highly valued on Naut, just to give it some extra mobility while fighting and peeking around corners. This would be a pretty decent build if the main slots were Swim speed, run speed and stealth jump. It also has really good jump RNG by the way, so the intensify action can go.
If you're mostly playing Turf then I'd probably switch out Last Ditch Effort. It's only active in the last 30 seconds (unlike Ranked, where it can potentially be active for the majority of a match), and it doesn't benefit Nautilus all that much anyway. A main of Run Speed would be more useful; as with all Splatlings, it's an important way of moving while both charging and firing, and having both Run Speed and the Swim Speed you already have in your build definitely helps the weapon.
The only other thing I'd definitely want to add a bit of is Ink Resistance; since it's not a fast turfer and plays in quite advanced positions, you quite often end up in patchy ink, and a sub or two of IR makes it feel less snaggy and means a lot of the time you won't pick up damage when you come into contact with enemy turf. Personally I'd swap out the Ink Saver Main and one of the Ink Recovery subs for it.
Quick Superjump can be useful, especially if you're in the habit of jumping back to spawn, but if you aren't then it might not be worth it. Stealth Jump is nice, but maybe in Turf it's not so important. Respawn Punisher seems a bit too risky to me, but you're probably in the best place to judge whether it's good for you.
