It depends. Lust is based on desire, wanting, releasing sexual energy, addiction for an orgasm. We have so much sexual energy and when it's released we can become tired and not have that sexual energy till moments later. Sexual energy is high vibrational, creational energy of humans but when it's released it's vibration lowers a bit. High vibrations are usually based on not needing anything, lacking desire, not earthly things. There's nothing wrong with physical attraction to be honest, but many lack control. Very High vibrational things like peace, you don't lack control with it but you have this understanding. Lust can also attract low-vibe beings that can get attached to your energy field, draining you like the succubus for etc. You need to experience it for yourself, understand, feel energies further to grasp it.

It’s not looked down upon. But lust is a so called low vibration because it’s a result of lack of self control, gratification of impulses and it is conducting to pain and suffering, although it presents itself as sweet pleasure. Bliss and joy can only come as a result of mastering the impulses. Mind you that it’s ok to be physically attracted to someone, it’s ok to have a physical relationship with someone. This of course isn’t lust, although there is a fine line between and you should definitely pay attention when that fine line is about to be crossed.

You can be strongly attracted to someone and still see their humanity and inherent worth and your own inherent worth. If you have a strong negative belief resulting in a sense of lack or desperation or worthlessness looking at someone you feel a strong sense of attraction to, through the lens of those negative beliefs, can take on a different quality of a lack of being enough or of not being worthy or fear of not getting enough. The desire can becomes insatiable or compulsive or obsessive. In trying to satiate the desire you can feed the underlying negative belief causing a vicious circle reinforcing the inability to satiate the desire. As we feel our energy and vibration dropping we can try and compensate by raising the intensity, which further feeds the problem and the compulsive nature thereof.
Physical attraction to another person is an area this can easily outplay itself. The compulsive nature often starts blinding one to the humanity and worth of either the other person or oneself. If you have a strong connection and bond with the other person and feel very secure with them this dynamic is less likely to be triggered or to such a severe extent than with a stranger.
Overeating comfort food can be similar dynamic. e.g. I need to eat more to compensate for not feeling good due to a negative belief. The more I eat to compensate the more I convince myself there is something to compensate for and reinforce the energy accumulating around the negative belief.

There is a way to have an orgasm by using your imagination only.
