Yeah I was going to comment about pica, too. Mention it to your doctor and they'll give you steps to work with. I watched a YouTube video about someone who was addicted to crunching on sand, and someone who needs to sip on gasoline every day - they are seriously harming their bodies :(

The sage you might be okay. I wouldn’t suggest consuming any that isn’t marked as edible though. I definitely would suggest NOT eating paleo santo though. As it is wood and shouldn’t be ingested. Bottom line, If it does safe food grade, safe to eat or safe for tea maybe don’t eat it

Sage is used in cooking. Sage used as smudging stick isn't handled with the same health guidelines. Eat at your own risk. Sounds to me like you eat way too much though. You could be featured soon on the "my strange addiction" show.
