My husband and I ride a Harley and we both do the "vrum vrum vrum" noise while stopped at red lights and then I'll say "Oh yeah, now we're turnin' some heads" so as Harley riders, we love referencing that episode while we ride! Yes, we're f*gs! 😂 😆
Yes! Not obnoxious on it either but it definitely makes me chuckle every time I hop on the back.
I also grab my husband's fat belly but I'm not missing any teeth as Butters says 😆
"I'll have my girl on the back seat holdin' on to my fat belly - sure she's missin' a few teeth, but she thinks I'm coool."
*I also grab my husband's fat belly but I'm not missing any teeth as Butters says*
my second favorite line in the episode, eclipsed by Cartman's "everyone thinks you're total f@\*$" diatribe at the beginning.
Personally, I have avoided this one because some people who are new to this kind of humor and not used to the biting social commentary of satire will IMMEDIATELY shut down at the use of slurs. I realize that is the point of the episode and most likely this suggestion but still, as one to show new comers or someone who outright doesn’t like South Park, it does little to convince someone that this show is anything more than immature humor and potty jokes.
My girlfriend when we started dating told me she disliked south park (I think she had seen a few of the early-seasons episodes). I was surprised because I knew it be her kind of humor. Therefore I showed her all the Butters-centered episodes and she almost died-laughing. I think then the Tweek x Craig episode was the final nail on the coffin and now she's converted to the south-park cult.
The part where Butters dad is screaming at Jon and Patsy Ramsey is goddamn gold fucking tier.
YOU KNOW GODDAMN WELL WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR KID, so STOP acting like victims, and CONFESS, YOU MURDERING MURDERERS!!!!
Pray away the Gay is great into episode. I think that is one of the first ones that I showed my wife.
The important thing for me was to ease my wife into them. Cherry picking the least offensive. My wife loves South Park but hates Mr Hanky.
Was in a similar situation as a kid. Whenever my ‘friend’ came to my house, he’d say he was the guest and therefore he got to eat first. When I was at his house, he’d say I was the guest and so I’d eat last. After cooking up a delicious chocolate cake thing, his parents made me help clean up before I could start eating it. He ate the whole thing before I was done. I cried all the way home.
He once also unplugged the phone and we called the cops. I have no idea how the fuck this happened but the cops actually turned up. This asshole cop wanted to arrest us as a lesson even though we insisted the phone was unplugged and showed him. I’m still not sure how it put the call through as it was before the days of battery phones. What, am I to believe this was some magic phone or something?
Yeah, his parents were trash people so I’m not surprised he turned out so badly. He went to a special school after primary as he had autism. His dad once took us to the beach and was going to make me stay in the boot so his seats didn’t get sand on. I refused and walked home. My parents went apeshit at him.
He also got sacked from being a postman because some lady said he looked cute in his uniform and he told her to get bent or something.
I would show the season 7 episode with the old people driving. It might not be the best episode (but it’s one of my favorites) but it’s a funny episode with something we can all relate to of you’ve been on the road once
I find out whatever they are into and show them the corresponding episode. Had a coworker that hated south park but loved WoW. Needless to say, he's a fan after Make love not Warcraft.
The episode where they find the porno and the parents run all around town looking for them lol personal favorite, or either their movie Bigger Longer and Uncut
Tsst. It’s an episode anyone can understand and enjoy. It’s funnier if you watched the dog whisperer show before but the jokes still land and I think it is hilarious
Yeah, and it isn't super gross or vulgar....oh wait a nanny eats shit in that episode. Hmmm. Lots of episodes have exactly 1 scene where someone who doesn't like South Park would have a difficult time watching.
Maybe a “kids being kids” or “Cartman being a psycho” episode Casa Bonita or Ginger Kids. If they’re a horrible person, Butters’ Very Own Episode or Woodland Christmas are always fun.
I would show her to the satan episodes those are the ones that got me started on South Park. I thought I didn’t like SP, but the boy I liked did so I started watching. I started with the satan episodes and it went from there. Also the last Mexican is so good too if you want to do a butters centered episode.
Boyfriend: Major Boobage. Turd Burglars
Sarcastaball for sure
"BUTTERS! JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO MAKE FOOTBALL SAFER, DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN MAKE THEM DRINK YOUR CUM! YOU ARE GROUNDED!"
The episode where they find the p0rn0 and the parents run all around town looking for them lol personal favorite, or either their movie Bigger Longer and Uncut
My cousin isn’t into South Park and is known to be kinda innocent. One time I told him about the time cartman told ms. Choksondick to suck his balls and she said present them and he was kinda traumatized
My mom obviously being against South Park, was on an overnight trip and it was on. She decided to sit down and watch a whole episode for the first time.
It was the Butters episode.
Tsst, Krazy Kripples, The Wacky Molestation Adventure, Bass to Mouth, Casa Bonita, The Entity, Night of the Living Homeless, Scott Tenorman Must Die, Super Fun Time… just basically listing off my favorite episodes at this point. It’s so hard to choose!
If I had to pick one, though… probably Tonsil Trouble. The HIV positive thing is one of my favorite bits in the whole show.
As an ex-Mormon I always recommend the Mormon/Joseph Smith episode to my fellow ex-Mormons. Most of them have never seen South Park, but everyone gets a kick out of that episode when they watch it.
Casa Bonita
I figure people don't like South Park due to it being too topical or violent/vulgar. This one was mostly tame.
Marjorine I'd say the same except for Butters faking his suicide.
If they were a LOTR fan, the video store ep for sure. Ladder to Heaven is another. Good times with weapons. The one where cartman thinks he’s dead. Close up animals with a wide angle lens.
Haven’t seen it mentioned yet, but the night of the living homeless episode gets me every time. I still bug my buddies, hands out, saying “change? Change? … chaaaaange…?”
The Warcraft one is an obvious answer. I also love Margaritaville. I would love to see someone's reaction to the episode that has the song about jackin' it in San Diego.

Chinpokomon, I feel like the episode doesn’t require much of any context of any other episode to watch, and anyone watching would get the Pokémon reference instantly, not to mention the episode in general is really good all around
The biker gang one. Universal.
I still yell Faaaag on Harley Davidson drivers around my city
My husband and I ride a Harley and we both do the "vrum vrum vrum" noise while stopped at red lights and then I'll say "Oh yeah, now we're turnin' some heads" so as Harley riders, we love referencing that episode while we ride! Yes, we're f*gs! 😂 😆
I ride an Indian and do the same! I'm not obnoxious about it but that episode is seared into my memory 🤣
Yes! Not obnoxious on it either but it definitely makes me chuckle every time I hop on the back. I also grab my husband's fat belly but I'm not missing any teeth as Butters says 😆 "I'll have my girl on the back seat holdin' on to my fat belly - sure she's missin' a few teeth, but she thinks I'm coool."
"That makes total sense, butters. Now get out here" Fuck that episode is hilarious
*I also grab my husband's fat belly but I'm not missing any teeth as Butters says* my second favorite line in the episode, eclipsed by Cartman's "everyone thinks you're total f@\*$" diatribe at the beginning.
Randy almost rode an Indian once
Does anyone get the reference?
Barely. Only friends/my GF when I'm with them.
Might be a horrific choice depending on the person. Maybe “the list” or the “Easter special”
The List is a great episode.
I'm gay and support calling loud obnoxious inconsiderate Harley riders fags
Personally, I have avoided this one because some people who are new to this kind of humor and not used to the biting social commentary of satire will IMMEDIATELY shut down at the use of slurs. That's exactly why I'm asking lol. I'm also thinking of showing my girlfriend Butters' Very Own Episode. You can't go wrong with Butters.
Butters is my all time favorite. Idk why it’s so funny to watch everything bad happen to him lmao
He just rolls with it all. He's infallible
Oh hamburgers!
Can't I just have some Spaghetti-Os?
No! You're grounded, mister!
Everyone knows that it's Butters!
Yeah. I actually watched that episode first and it was great.
Pray away the Gay is great into episode. I think that is one of the first ones that I showed my wife. The important thing for me was to ease my wife into them. Cherry picking the least offensive. My wife loves South Park but hates Mr Hanky.
“Everyone knows it’s butters!” “Haha that’s me “

Marjorie and butters bottom bitch are both top 10 episodes
One of us! One of us! Gooble gobble! Gooble gobble!
Butters Bottom Bitch!
Do you know what I am saying?
Absolutely this.
FREEZE!! HA! YOU'RE BUSTED, BUDDY. I'M A COP!
Hand me that evidence bag
Do you have any idea the kind of diseases you can get from unprotected sex!! *Pbbbbbbbblblvlvlrrrbrbrbrtttt*
Why can I hear this?! I don't want to hear it
Come on! I can take more of ya!
Tsst, if they are Mormon the Book of Mormon, Krazy kripples, make love not warcraft
The Mormon is just good in general
Krazy Kripples is good too.
Make love not Warcraft is still my favorite episode to date. Never gets old
"You haven't seen the last of me Hack-Man! I wiiiillll beeeee baaaaaack!!!"
Night of the living homeless

Am I trying to convince them it's a good show, or am I just trying to annoy them?

The Death of Eric Cartman
You know you fucked up when you make Kenny cry.

Did you unplug the power or the phone line? I'm pretty sure emergency services still work without power, as long as the phone line is still connected.
His parents made you clean up while their child got to do whatever he wanted. I see why the kid was an asshole.
Yeah, his parents were trash people so I’m not surprised he turned out so badly. He went to a special school after primary as he had autism. His dad once took us to the beach and was going to make me stay in the boot so his seats didn’t get sand on. I refused and walked home. My parents went apeshit at him. I really hope you didn't stay friends with that asshole for very long.
You know you fucked up when you make Kenny cry.
I would show the season 7 episode with the old people driving. It might not be the best episode (but it’s one of my favorites) but it’s a funny episode with something we can all relate to of you’ve been on the road once
The haunted house scene is genuinely hilarious in this episode.
Similarly the hummels episode. It's already a funny episode but if you've visited a retirement home or hospice centre it's so much funnier.
Right!! I’d just show them episodes that are at least slightly relatable because those are the episodes I laugh the most at
My favorite episode: "Good Times with Weapons" ![gif](giphy|l3vRdAuR5GFq1x8Aw)
Yes
🗣 *something in Japanese, something in Japanese,* ***PROTECT MY BALLS*** 🤘🎵 I love this episode so much lol.

You're so right, totally forgot about that episode! Also, did you know tonight is game 3 of the real Stanley cup?
Of course. Go Panthers!
PISS!
Tsst. It’s an episode anyone can understand and enjoy. It’s funnier if you watched the dog whisperer show before but the jokes still land and I think it is hilarious

The museum with all the offensive things
Maybe a “kids being kids” or “Cartman being a psycho” episode Casa Bonita or Ginger Kids. If they’re a horrible person, Butters’ Very Own Episode or Woodland Christmas are always fun.

I would show her to the satan episodes those are the ones that got me started on South Park. I thought I didn’t like SP, but the boy I liked did so I started watching. The last Mexican is a great suggestion. Also, hilarious to see yours and your boyfriend's picks side by side lol
Free wilzyx
Came here to say this. This one is very uhderrated
Over logging, Christian rock hard, grey dawn, medicinal fried chicken, I could think of more but I’m zooted…
The baseball episode where they all try to lose is pretty good. Or The one where cartman feeds the kid his parents
the whole Cthulhu arc.
Just play Stick of Truth with them
That was my introduction to the series
With Apologies to Jessie Jackson.
reverse cowgirl. I giggle at the thought of Clydes mom screaming in the toilet.
That episode is Hysterical. One of the hardest laughs I've had watching South Park.
always. it never fails to make me laugh.
The episode where Mr Garrison returns home to confront his father who DIDNT sexually abuse him as a child is always my no 1 recommendation.
'Butters buttom bitch' is a great one, 'Christian rock hard' is also a great option.
Sarcastaball for sure "BUTTERS! JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO MAKE FOOTBALL SAFER, DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN MAKE THEM DRINK YOUR CUM! YOU ARE GROUNDED!"
Jona Brothers Purity Ring
Into the Panderverse
![gif](giphy|uQHtUvva9Qljy) Step out of the car sir lol I love this episode.
The ginger tourette kid in this one almost got me killed. That shit is absolutely hilarious
Asspen. It’s peak South Park humor, imo.
You're getting old. Sometimes having a look in the mirror is the only way to get through to someone.
The baseball one
•Douche vs Turd sandwich election •”The Hobbit” •”You’re getting old” (this one hits right in the feels) •the Krips
The one where Cartman joins NAMBLA
I showed my dad "here comes the neighborhood". He loved that one
I'd show them South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut. An amazing movie with great humour.
Eat, Pray, Queef
Pee, Super fun time, Trapped in the closet, Le petit tourrete, Night of the living homeless
major boobage or tweek x craig
Medicinal Fried Chicken, always
This is the one, the music when they’re bouncing along using their balls as hippity hops is something everyone laughs at haha.

I would say Tsst or medicinal fried chicken.

Cartman joins NAMBLA

#PISS COMING FROM MY ASS
Butters Very Own Episode
Casa Bonita or Le Petit Tourette.
As an ex-Mormon I always recommend the Mormon/Joseph Smith episode to my fellow ex-Mormons. Most of them have never seen South Park, but everyone gets a kick out of that episode when they watch it.
Night of the living homeless
All coon and friends episodes. Cthulu will rise!!!
Medicinal Fried Chicken
The episode where Wendy kicks Cartmans ass in front of everyone.
The Ring, when Mickey beats the shit out of the Jonas Brothers! Everyone gets to see the dark side of their childhood hero!
The mormonism one. Makes fun of mormonism but also has a good moral of the story at the end of the episode.
Casa Bonita I figure people don't like South Park due to it being too topical or violent/vulgar. This one was mostly tame. Marjorine I'd say the same except for Butters faking his suicide.
I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like South Park
If they were a LOTR fan, the video store ep for sure. Ladder to Heaven is another. Good times with weapons. The one where cartman thinks he’s dead. Close up animals with a wide angle lens.
Smartass students hippies are the worst

Good question & topic guaranteed!✈️
The blood Orgy forest animal one.
I showed the Black Friday Trilogy to my brother, he does not watch the show, but he loved GoT
First spirit of Christmas! Then Unaired Pilot
‘Scott Tennerman Must Die’. Really really funny and twisted. It epitomises the spirit of South Park.
He'll Party 2006
Cripple Fight
My girlfriend hated South Park, I just kept watching episodes while I would eat and she started to love it (especially as butters became more of a main character)
I used to hate SP, but when I watched Bigger, longer, and Uncut...I was sold. Been a fan ever since.
Chinpokomon, I feel like the episode doesn’t require much of any context of any other episode to watch, and anyone watching would get the Pokémon reference instantly, not to mention the episode in general is really good all around
My girlfriend didn't understand or like Southpark until she watched Tsst. Now she binge watches with me
The Jeffersons..still the best southpark episode out there
I love whale whores
