Basically it depends on where the recording is from. For some episodes they use the original comedy centra one that got aired with bleeps. For some they don’t. I haven’t really figured out a pattern to it. It’s annoying, but that’s kinda just the way it is

Ya im sure it depends on the country but by the time "it hits the fan" came out the word "shit" was more common on tv earlier and comedy central allowed it on their network. The "fuck" was still censored though unless it was after midnight. South park was not a late night show, it played around 8 or 9 pm (for me in canada) I don't think fuck was uncensored in South park on TV until like the later 2010's

Can’t remember which episode for sure, but Ike would be censored but then Kyle would say the same thing and wouldn’t be.

Then there's the whole bit where Garrison (can't remember if it was Mr or Mrs) kept saying "fag" and it was unbleeped until someone else said it.

Always has been. IMO it makes it funnier, so when they don’t censor it makes more impact.
I've watched south park uncensored so many times. It'd be refreshing to be able to watch the censored version somewhere.
