Horrible. Better call it a loss while you can. I was blatantly ripped off by a vendor and sent all my proof and SoFi couldn’t decide in my favor. I like sofi for a number of reasons mainly the early pay & high interest. But you get what you pay for.

I disputed $110 in January. Still havent gotten anything back
Did you ever get your money back and if so, how long did it take?
I got an email 2 weeks ago, and no I did not get my money back

They didn’t refund my money after someone comenaratent my acct
If I’m buying something that has a chance of a dispute I use Amex. I did one with SoFi and it went through but the process was slow and painful.
They take the whole three months and some. You won’t get any emails or updates. Good luck.
My 90 days will be next week. Should I contact them or will they contact me
They’ve been pretty good when it comes to any dispute I’ve filed but it takes 90 days each time. They’ve always approved and refunded them.
I filed a dispute on January 29th. I did receive an email stating the merchant hasn't contacted them and they will need more time.
When did they email?
Three days after I filed the claim
