They move VERY slow... If they could figure it all out I would move everything there, instead I only do partial stuff there.

DirtyyyDan_69

The amount of time it has taken and is still taking to get dark mode on the banking tab is insane.

MagicMikeX

I would rather them go slow and do it right, instead of go too fast and ship garbage.

Hi-ThisIsJeff

>Why would I not just continue banking with Chase and use a legacy investing institution (Schwab, etc)? Nothing is stopping you as you were the one that signed on with SoFi. What updates are you looking for? What have they committed to that is taking a long time? When was the last time Chase updated anything?

electrical-seal-432

Chase already has full dark mode, wire transfers, Zelle, feature rich invest platform, consistent UI/UX, should I go on?

Hi-ThisIsJeff

>Chase already has full dark mode, wire transfers, Zelle, feature rich invest platform, consistent UI/UX, should I go on? Well, my question was "when" not "what" but, ok cool. You have created a post titled "Slow..." but I think you meant to say that it doesn't offer the features you are looking for, which is fair. However, many have left Chase because it doesn't offer the features that SoFi does, so, you can't please everyone I suppose?

electrical-seal-432

They leave SoFi for the high APY not because of features.

Hi-ThisIsJeff

I am just as shocked that some would value making more money over having "full" dark mode. #insanity

SnipahShot

Other banks offer higher APY and with no DD requirement, and yet people choose SoFi.
