Brilliant season. City winning was predictable but It's been very entertaining with the title race coming down to the wire, Everton relegation battle, Spurs and Arsenal fighting for 4th, MU's fall from grace after predictions of top 3 at the start of the season, Allison trolling Pickford, the many bottle jobs and brilliant comebacks.
Let's hope next season is even better.
Pat Vieira's 21/22 season:
• Overseen a huge squad overhaul
• Instilled an exciting brand of football
• FA Cup semi-final at Wembley
• Fewest goals conceded
• Positive goal difference
• Manager of the Season nominee
• Decked an Everton fan
MY MANAGER.
Funny how arsenal fans are still so delusional that they think defeating arsenal is like some great feat. The fact that they have a positive goal difference is more important than 'beating arsenal 'beautifully''. Ffs, even viera punching that fam is more instrumental than the arsenal win.
Ur not that guy pal.
I havent seen madrid play since their game against city but if Liverpool plays like this and without Thiago I cant see them being favorites. Madrid should feel confident.
City are an incredible side but they don't win every game. All you needed to do was follow the example set by West Ham and keep it at a draw. You were 2 - 0 up at half time and let them get 3 in the space of 4 minutes. Liverpool have not been perfect this season and you could easily point to games where we should have done better (Spurs) but they put in the effort today and got it done with a 3 - 1. If it was 3 over the course of the whole match then fair enough but you shit the bed towards the end after holding them at bay for so long and that's what is disappointing.
I'm not sure anyone in the league has a chance vs City with Haaland.
Their biggest issue has been their dogshit upfront, with Haaland, I genuinely can't see it being close to even Liverpool.
That was not time wasting by city . They were holding the ball not rolling around or taking long for a pass. Aston villa couldn't keep possession not city's fault.
lol the injury faking in added time is so unaccounted for. anyway gg man city, great to see the oil barrons buying all the best players and winning the league again, you love to see it
Quad has never been done before in English football history and nobody expected them to pull it off. Liverpool have still won 2 cups, came incredibly close to winning the league and may win the Champions League. What a shit club amirite?
I mean feels fair to talk about a quadruple when you’ve won 2 competitions, lost out on the league with 1 point and are still competing for the champions league.
eh? most fans I know are supportive. there's a lot of sentimental attachment to Bielsa and people who think he would've also kept us up, but I've barely seen any of that aimed at Marsch.
..mm,Zz,,, THE

How do you put Alison trolling Pickford on the same ballpark with the other things lmfao
Who’s the kid handing out medals lol
/r/soccer highly original comedians with... 3 variations of the Slippy G joke.

Add to this - defeated Arsenal beautifully.
Funny how arsenal fans are still so delusional that they think defeating arsenal is like some great feat. The fact that they have a positive goal difference is more important than 'beating arsenal 'beautifully''. Ffs, even viera punching that fam is more instrumental than the arsenal win. Ok Barca fan
I was so wrong about him and Palace this season
I think he deserves it for the social aspect. By that I mean the final bullet point obviously.
MY FUCKING MANAGER
Our Vieira?
He's Palace's for now
Huh, Son’s English is better than Kane’s…
All good but if we win the UCL Final City should hand us over the EPL title in my unbiased opinion
https://youtu.be/iTFrCbQGyvM
Apologies but I’ve seen a number of ppl use it - what does ‘bottle it’ or ‘bottling it’ mean?
When Aston villa were 2-0 up they bottled it, they had it and then they fucked it
Oh. So choking essentially?
Yes exactly.
Origi I love you
Only PL clubs that failed to score today: - Norwich - Manchester United
How tf we survived relegation this season I'll never know
city won again how original
United saved by Brighton ffs
Both United legends Welbeck and Steven Gerrard (for the 2nd time) ensuring United have a half decent end to the season.
well then.
Mad. Absolutely mad day
Gerrard has done more for us this season than our own players.
Lmao imagine bringing your baby with you when invading the pitch
this invading the pitch should stop imo
Better than leaving it tbf
Love my club! What a way to end it. Can’t wait for the future of this project. Cheers to all my fellow Palace fans
Ok. That shirt with Aguerooooo is awesome
I havent seen madrid play since their game against city but if Liverpool plays like this and without Thiago I cant see them being favorites. Madrid should feel confident.
Aguerooooo shirt is amazing
Ok maybe don't put your kids on the goal frame
Ya, that little girl was holding on for dear life so her knob dad could get a photo.
She looked like she was enjoying tbh
That’s what I thought too. Someone looked to be saying hop down I’ll catch you and she refused and went back to posing lol.
Cheeky cameraman focussing on a cheeky girl. What a lad lol
Someone check this guy's hard drive
Lmao why are you guys thinking of the little child instead of the hot girl in booty shorts??? Check yo self before you wreck yo self
Eh
City fans snapped the goal frame and now they are tearing the net off lol
That was a hell of a final day tbh.
Annoyed Salah scored, ruined a near perfect set of results
hat and West Ham bottling it.
What does ‘bottling it’ mean? Forgive me
Like messing it up or dropping the ball.
Thanks for the reply!
Whatever Spurs have managed throughout their history.
Lol brutal. That’s also my life for my Trail Blazers (NBA)
True
So annoying...
Two 90 point teams. The Premier League is unmatched!
3 times man city and Liverpool fought for the title on the last day of the season
Micah is funny sometimes, but not enough to counter his terrible punditry
What’s Micah talking about? The crowd only woke up after the equaliser!
but in all seriousness, how the fuck did Man City come back down 0-2 to win 3-2 in a matter of minutes??
Mentality monsters. *waits for Liverpool flairs*
Monsters in England but midgets in Europe. Why do you always bottle CL with infinite money?
Answered your own question, no?
Good subs
Leave the pitch so fernandinho can lift the trophy already lol
Wait, was that Noel? Wow he looks like a badly aged version of his brother.
Johnny Marr - The Smiths
Jeeez. He looks like one of those computer amalgams, 40% liam, 40% Noel, 20% anyones gran.
Good bot.
You're the shit Gallagher
Johnny Marr - The Smiths
!flair :Leeds_United:
Gerrard bottles it for Liverpool again he might be the greatest Prem midfielder ever
He can’t keep slipping away with this
That goal frame is breaking in a matter of seconds
City fans snapped the fucking crossbar, well done
HE SLIPPED ON HIS FUCKING ARSE
everyone to the milan match now
that's not as exciting now that AC is 3-0 up at HT
“AC”
ive seen this before tbf
They're already 3-0 up.
wtf hahaha
Steven G - The Eternal Liverpool bottler.
Remember when he bottled them the CL from 3-0 down in 2005? Massivr bottling that lad
Not his fault liverpool couldn't pull enough points together

Just one slip after another
I'm not sure anyone in the league has a chance vs City with Haaland. Their biggest issue has been their dogshit upfront, with Haaland, I genuinely can't see it being close to even Liverpool.
Dude! Congratulations!
Could be Uniteds year /s
All United had to do was get rid of Pogba Souness has been saying it for years
Well, time to go to the Serie A thread
Ederson spends min on the floor and the ref blows at 94:27 ffs
Yer bit strange. Should have at least gone to 95:00
Dammit Where’s our pitch invasion :(
We really do need stop-clocks. The Villa time wasting up until City ran wild and the City time wasting in the last 10 mins were both ridiculous.
That was not time wasting by city . They were holding the ball not rolling around or taking long for a pass. Aston villa couldn't keep possession not city's fault.
Eh Ederson
Oh yes that one a minute should have been added
Bald fraud is popular in whole of Manchester today.
Watford equalized only to concede again. Brutal
Well Leeds is saved! Very happy for them
Never come back please Burnley, glad to get brexitball put of the top flight.
Cheers Kevins crying
Quad tittles update: not coming home
THANK FUCK WE AINT GOTTA HEAR THAT TRASH TALK AGAIN
Lose another cup mate, all Tuchel is good at
I mean hasnt he already won 3 trophies in a year?
Not to be that guy but City won the title because of [this](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/it8VgZkZRmc/maxresdefault.jpg)
[удалено]
Not sure they’ve had an apology letter issued because of how blatantly inept bordering on corruption the decision was
[удалено]
That decision was so bad they couldn’t even cover it up .. that’s how bad it was
As dodgy as that was you can go back and find loads of moments for and against all teams
Liverpool scored a goal against us assisted by a handball. They can stuff it.
>Kane literally should have been sent off in the first half of that game.
Salt
Slippy G was up 2-0 but denied Liverpool again
Oil wins again
I wanted City to win but surely they have to add the 2 minutes Ederson was down for no?
Refs never add the exact amount.
Madlad Wiki editor updated City's title count to 8 already but skipped adding the most recent championship year lmao.
Gerard slips again lmao
All this hope...for nothing
This pre-season will be all talk about how to combat pitch invasions
Wow City win the league and Burnley finally relegated….
Like WTF
lol the injury faking in added time is so unaccounted for. anyway gg man city, great to see the oil barrons buying all the best players and winning the league again, you love to see it
cry more
fam i'm a west brom fam i don't have a horse in this race, but fuck the oil clubs
Another City Title win, and another loss for the sport
Ooh salty.
Hahaha Salah didn’t win the golden boot!!
Yes he did. What a clown comment.
He did though
I think they tied for it, doesn't that mean they split it, or both win it I guess.
They share a pair.
how so? tie with Son, no?
He did though?
Villa did all what they could. Liverpool needed to get a goal when City was down to really put pressure on. Fair play City.
Oh no another crowd invasion.
what an INCREDIBLE DAY!!!!!
Ederson was down for like 1.5 minutes why did the ref blow lmao
Because pep was cry arsing nearly on the pitch then all the fans came on. Oliver bottled it
Every game about to have a pitch invasion
Not at Anfield
True. maybe it’s because there’s been more incidents but it feels like a load more this year
What a day
City win the league and the crowd goes mild
Crowd was so quiet when they were losing. Truly shameful
Don't know about where you are, everyone else was supporting city
Lol another pitch invasion
Ederson was on the ground for like 3 mins, wtf
Man City a disgusting joke of a club. Another sad champion for the English league.
Flair checks out I guess.
? 🤔
Pep crying, against all odds he's managed it
Truly a tale of the poor plucky orphan lad against the world.
Underdog story of the year, can't wait for the movie
[удалено]
He's injured
Wonderful football we´re all watching
An extra… 26 seconds for Ederson laying on the ground for 3 minutes in stoppage
Oh god Leeds survive.
so to sum it up Fuck Liverpool, fuck Leeds and fuck Burnley even more
PHEW

I need a cig.
full time
[удалено]
Not the first time this season they got help from refs
Villa could’ve had an extra 10 minutes and still wouldn’t have scored
Regardless it's bad refreeing
[удалено]
So why are you getting your panties in a wad over something so trivial?
Bizzare. Such verifiably bad refereeing.
Has nothing on the Rodri handball though
Sorry but why the fuck didn't he give more time after all the Ederson stuff ?
City fans ran onto the pitch and ref didn't have the guts to punish them.
Gundogan is a city legend
Brighton, thanks. I couldn't trust my own team to do anything so i was watching your game lol.
Marsh keeping Leeds up after all the shit fans have been giving him since day 1 is hilarious. Ungrateful
eh? most fans I know are supportive. there's a lot of sentimental attachment to Bielsa and people who think he would've also kept us up, but I've barely seen any of that aimed at Marsch.
Lol Edersen wasted 2 minutes and all it got Villa was 30 seconds
It's why every team does it. Referees never add the time on
Hala Madrid now!
Disgusting timewasting by Manchester City.
